Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to identify the critical issues in the quality of educational management research, analysis of each author of the reference scenario citation, with co-citation
and factor analyses used to investigate the intellectual pillars of the quality of educational management literature. By analyzing 209,143 citations of 5,187 articles published in SSCI
journals in the field of the quality of educational management between 2003 and 2012, this paper identified the most important publications and the most influential scholars, journals and articals.
The results help to profile the network of knowledge production in the quality of educational management research and provide important insights with implications for current and future
research paradigms for both management scholars and practitioners.

Within realization of academic programs in Law students’ learning outcomes, that is expected
indicators of what students should know, understand andor be able to do at completion of the academic process, assume significance. Teachers should formulate the expected learning
outcomes for the whole program as well as for its particular modules. A teacher should clearly understand what competences students will gain at completion of the course in his subject or the
program as a whole. Learning outcomes and competences provide a backstop necessary to focus academic programs
on student’s personality and concrete results of the academic process. Consequently, those core skills and knowledge that students should acquire within the learning process define the content
of an academic program.

Abstract
Education nowadays has become prominent thing as it involves most people to take part in this matter. In addition, it cannot be separated from human’s life. Both males and females need to be
educated. Education plays an important role in the development of a country. If a country does not have proper education, it may be left behind by other countries which support education.
There are many factors that affect the education system. Culture, technology, and economical matters give much impact to the education system of a country. The regulation made by the
government affects how the education system works in a country. The education system in Indonesia still uses the one-way communication. The teachers stand in front of in the class and
explain all the materials, while the students just sit down on their seats and listen to the teachers. One-way communication has negative effects on the students. They become unconfident to share
their opinions or even ask a question. The government should improve this education to a better one. Two-way communication is considered as a better way in teaching method. The
development of technology contributes much impact on the education. It can be very useful for
many people to get the education. Education is essential in human’s life. As time goes by, system of education changes dynamically following the needs of human beings.
