36. Significant Agreements

Government Guarantee Through the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of Republic of Indonesia No.17PMK.052005 dated March 3, 2005, the Government Guarantee Program is ended on September 21, 2005. Following that, based on the Law No.24 on the year 2004, dated September 22, 2004 regarding Deposit Insurance Agency LPS, the LPS Guarantee Program would start effectively on September 22, 2005. All banks that have business licenses are members of LPS Guarantee Program.
