3. Pemberian Hewan Kurban
Pada 12 September 2016, Perseroan menyumbangkan kurban kepada Panitia Hari Besar Islam PHBI Masjid Jami’ Assuhaimiah di Jalan Kebon Sirih Barat Dalam No. 15, RT 11 RW 2, Kebon Sirih, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat.4. Kunjungan ke Panti Asuhan
Pada 14 Desember 2016, Perseroan melakukan kunjungan ke Panti Asuhan Dorkas di Jalan K.H. Wahid Hasyim No. 25 RT 16RW 6, Kebon Sirih, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. TANGGUNG JAWAB KETENAGAKERJAAN, Perseroan senantiasa memerhatikan tingkat kepuasan setiap karyawan dan secara berkala menjalankan program pembinaan, pengembangan, dan menciptakan hubungan yang sehat antara atasan dengan bawahan, memberikan remunerasi yang adil, memastikan keselamatan dan keamanan kerja, serta menjunjung tinggi kesetaraan seluruh karyawan. Kebijakan Dalam mengimplementasikan tanggung jawab praktik ketenagakerjaan, Perseroan berpijak pada UU RI No.132013 tentang ketenagakerjaan. Program yang Dilakukan 1. Praktik ketenagakerjaan Di bidang ketenagakerjaan, Perseroan membuka kesempatan bagi masyarakat sekitar untuk menjadi bagian dari Perseroan sebagai karyawan sesuai dengan kualifkasi yang dibutuhkan. Perseroan juga memberikan perhatian besar terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan, termasuk dalam memenuhi hak-haknya, baik dari segi pelatihan, hak cuti, remunerasi, maupun kebebasan berserikat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. 2. Guna meningkatkan kebersamaan antar karyawan dan manajemen, Perseroan pada tahun 2016 juga menyelenggarakan kegiatan bersama, di antaranya: 1 Trio Fun Walk Pada 15 Mei 2016, Perseroan mengadakan Trio Fun Walk dengan peserta perwakilan dari divisi-divisi. 3. On December 14, 2016, the Company visited the Dorkas Orphanage at Jalan K.H. Wahid Hasyim No. 25 RT 16RW 6, Kebon Sirih, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat.
