Some of these may go to court, despite the Company’s best efforts to resolve disputes before they proceed to litigation. However, in 2016, the Company did not face any legal actions that would have materially affected the Company or jeopardized the continuity of the business if the verdict had gone against the Company, the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors.
