Penelitian Dias Septi Indriani 2014 “Keefektifan Model Think Pair Share
Terhadap Aktivitas Dan Hasil Belajar IPS” menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung data aktivitas belajar sebesar 9,006 dan t hitung nilai hasil belajar sebesar 3,357.
Dari hasil penghitungan, dapat diketahui bahwa thitung ttabel 9,006 2,004 dan 3,357 2,004, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan aktivitas dan
hasil belajar IPS antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model think pair share dan yang menggunakan model konvensional. Untuk hipotesis yang kedua,
menggunakan rumus one sample t test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung ttabel13,081 2,052 dan 4,813 2,052,
sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS dengan model think pair share lebih tinggi daripada model konvensional.
Dewi Ciptaningsih 2012 “ Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Melalui Media Interactive Video pada Mata Diklat Memahami Prinsip-Prinsip
Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Perkantoran.” Hasil belajar menunjukan pada siklus I ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 73. Pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar
klasikal 92. Pada siklus I aktivitas Belajar Siswa sebesar 48 sedangkan siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 82. Terjadi peningkatan pada kriteria guru
siklus I sebesar 66 sedangkan pada siklus II 90. Kesimpulannya adalah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar melalui media interactive video pada mata dilat
memahami prinsip-prinsip penyelenggaraan administrasi perkantoran kelas X AP SMK Negeri Batang.
Anif Sukmawati 2013 “Komparasi Model PBI Bermediakan Video Interaktif dengan Model Konvensional Bermediakan Slide Power Point Materi
Hidrosfer” Menunjukkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model PBI bermediakan video interaktif sudah sesuai dengan RPP, silabus, dan berlangsung
baik. Hasil uji t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 5 dan dk 47 diperoleh t hitung 3,56 t tabel 1,68 yang menujukkan ada perbedaan hasil belajar yang
signifikan antara pembelajaran menggunakan model PBI bermediakan video interaktif dibandingkan dengan model konvensional bermediakan slide power
point. Selain penelitian dari journal Nasional penelitian menggunakan model
Think Pair Share dengan media video juga didukung oleh journal Internasional. Adapun journal yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut:
Dino Sugiarto, Puji Sumarsono 2014 “The Implementation of Think-Pair-
Share Model to Improve Students’ Ability in Reading Narrative Texts” This research applied Classroom Action Research. The data were gathered from
reading test in the end of every cycle. It w as found that the students’ ability in
reading narrative texts improved after the implementation of Think-Pair-Share model. It could be seen in the improvement of average score for each test, from 74
in cycle I to 80 in cycle II. In addition, the number of students who passed the minimum mastery criteria KKM also improved, from 25 students to 31 students
Helen Ngozi ibe 2009 “Metacognitive Modeles on Classroom Participationand Student Achievement in Senior Secondary School Science
Classrooms” The design for the study was a quasi-experimental design involving 3 intact groups namely two treatment groups:- Think
–Pair-Share TPS strategy and the Metacognitive Questions MQ and a control group. The study lasted for
11 weeks. The sample comprised of 24, 22 and 21 subjects for control, TPS and MQ respectively. A researcher made achievement test in the topic-density was
used to measure achievement in the 3 groups. The research question was answered using descriptive statistics as in mean and standard deviation whilethe
hypothesis was tested using analysis of covariance ACOVA. Results revealed that the Metacognitive modeles were most effective in enhancing academic
achievement followed by the TPS. The researcher recommends that Metacognitive modeles and questions be infused in the classroom so as to help
students learn material more efficiently, retain information longer and generalize skills.
Ching- Kun Hsu 2014 “Learning Motivation and Adaptive Video Caption
Filtering for EFL Learners Using Handheld Devices” The result was that the
viewers were provided with captions for words that were likely to be unfamiliar to them. Participants in the experimental group were assigned bilingual caption
modes according to their pre-test results, while those in the control group were assigned standard caption modes. Our results indicate that students in the
experimental group preferred adaptive captions, enjoyed the exercises more, and gained greater intrinsic motivation compared to those in the control group. The
results confirm that different students require different quantities of information to balance listening comprehension and indicate that the proposed adaptive caption
filtering approach may be an effective way to improve the skills required for listening proficiency.vc xc
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Think Pair Share dengan media vidio tergolong efektif untuk
meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Peneliti yakin dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian penelitian dapat
dijadikan acuan pada penelitian selanjutnya.
