Pada penelitian ini hanya ditemukan dua aspek persepsi dukungan organisasi yang berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis yaitu aspek penghargaan organisasi dan kondisi kerja, dan aspek dukungan yang diterima dari atasan.

B. SARAN

Pada bagian ini, peneliti ingin memberikan sejumlah saran sehubung dengan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan.

1. Saran Metodologis

a. Item alat ukur dalam penelitian ini masih dalam bentuk pernyataan umum mengenai persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan membuat item yang sesuai dengan kondisi pekerjaan yang dialami perawat. b. Bagi peneliti yang ingin meneliti mengenai kesejahteraan psikologis perawat disarankan untuk meneliti perawat di bagian-bagian tertentu di rumah sakit, seperti IGD, ICU, atau rawat inap karena masing-masing bagian memiliki kondisi dan situasi kerja yang berbeda-beda. Universitas Sumatera Utara c. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharap meneliti mengenai seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada perawat.

2. Saran Praktis

a. Kepada pengelolah rumah sakit agar dapat lebih menguatkan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan perawat dikarenakan mayoritas dukungan yang dirasakan perawat berada pada kategori netral, seperti memberikan perhatian dan pujian kepada perawat yang memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan kondisi kerja yang aman dan nyaman, serta memberikan tunjangan yang sesuai dengan tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepada perawat. b. Pihak rumah sakit diharapkan dapat mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologis perawat yang tergolong tinggi sehingga perawat dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dengan maksimal.
