Kriteria pemenang
meliputi kualitas:
perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengukuran, dan proses umpan balik.
Perusahaan-perusahaan harus unggul dalam hal kualitas: 1 kepemimpinan, 2 informasi dan analisisnya, 3
perencanaan strategi kualitas, 4 penggunaan sumber daya manusia, 5 asuransi kualitas atas produk dan jasa layanan,
6 kualitas hasil, 7 kepuasaan pelanggan.
Criteria for Performance Excellence:
a Leadership: How upper management leads the organization, and
how the organization leads within the community. b
Strategic planning: How the organization establishes and plans to implement strategic directions.
c Customer and market focus: How the organization builds and
maintains strong, lasting relationships with customers. d
Measurement, analysis, and knowledge management: How the organization uses data to support key processes and manage
performance.
e Human resource focus: How the organization empowers and
involves its workforce. f
Process management: How the organization designs, manages and improves key processes.
