Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia Persero 146 Board of Director Direksi Sinthya Roesly Direktur Utama | President Director Sinthya Roesly adalah Direktur Utama PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia Persero. Sebelumnya, beliau bekerja di PT PLN Persero selama lebih dari 16 tahun dengan berbagai penugasan mulai dari keuangan korporat, pendanaan, perencanaan korporat dan strategi, komersial, operasi sistem tenaga listrik dan transmisi, serta konstruksi proyek. Selama di PLN, beliau terlibat secara penuh dalam mendapatkan pembiayaan untuk proyek-proyek PLN baik dari lembaga multilateral dan bilateral, termasuk program percepatan pembangkit 10.000 MW, serta pembiayaan dari perbankan domestik dan internasional. Beliau juga terlibat secara aktif dalam pengembangan electricity trading mechanism untuk sistem Jawa-Bali, penyiapan sistem operasi untuk IPP generasi pertama di Indonesia pada akhir tahun 1990, selain keterlibatannya dalam berbagai proses restrukturisasi korporasi dan sektor ketenagalistrikan di Indonesia pada akhir 1990an sampai awal 2000an. Sinthya Roesly pernah menjadi Ketua Kelompok Kerja untuk Energy Market Reform - World Energy Council, Indonesia National Committee dari tahun 2005 – 2006. Sinthya Roesly memiliki gelar Master of Management dari IPMI Business School dan MBA dari Monash University, Australia; gelar MEngSc dalam Power Systems dari University of New South Wales, Australia; dan gelar Sarjana Teknik Elektro dari Universitas Indonesia. Sinthya Roesly is the President Director of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund. Prior to her current position, Ms. Roesly worked with PT PLN Persero, the state-owned electricity corporation for more than 16 years. Her various positions ranged from corporate finance, funding, corporate planning and strategy, commerce, transmission and power system operations, as well as project construction. In PLN, Ms. Roesly was involved in securing the financing from multilateral and bilateral agencies for PLN projects, as well as for the 10,000 MW Fast Track Program, and bank loans involving domestic and international banks. She was also actively involved in the development of the electricity trading mechanism in the Java-Bali system, setting up system for operations of the first generation of IPP in Indonesia in the late 1990s, in addition to overseeing corporate and power sector restructuring in Indonesia in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Ms. Roesly was formerly the Head of the Energy Market Reform Working Group, Indonesia National Committee - World Energy Council, 2005-2006. She holds a Master of Management degree from IPMI Business School and an MBA from Monash University, Australia; an MEngSc in Power Systems from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
