Program penyediaan bantuan inansial bagi pelaku UMKM di sekitar Graha Elnusa dengan konsep lembaga keuangan mikro syariah, Baitul Maal wat Tamwil BMT. Hingga 2014, program ini telah memberikan manfaat kepada 2.483 mitra binaan yang tersebar di wilayah Cilandak, Lebak Bulus, Pasar Rebo, Ciganjur, Jaijajar, Meruyung dan Pasar Pondok Labu Jakarta Selatan. Selain dari iga fokus bidang di atas, Perseroan juga mendukung pengembangan dunia peneliian geologi dan geoisika. Melalui program CSR Elnusa for Research, Perseroan menghibahkan Alat Survei Seismik SN388 IO senilai Rp1,5 miliar kepada Pusat Pengembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi Puspitek LIPI. Dampak dari Tanggung Jawab Sosial kepada Masyarakat Hubungan antara Perseroan dengan komunitas yang ada baik di wilayah operasi maupun kantor lebih terjalin harmonis dan citra perusahaan semakin baik.2.3 Economy • Tabung Hikmah Mandiri
The program ofers inancial support for SMMEs around Graha Elnusa, which applied the concept of sharia micro inancial insituion, Baitul Maal wat Tamwil BMT. Unil 2014, this program has beneited 2,483 business partners throughout the region of Cilandak, Lebak Bulus, Pasar Rebo, Ciganjur, Jaijajar, Meruyung and Pasar Pondok Labu in South Jakarta. Aside from the three ields as menioned above, the Company also supported the development of geological and geophysicist research world. Through CSR Elnusa for Research program, the Company granted Seismic Survey Tool SN388 IO amouning to Rp1.5 billion to the Center for Science and Technology Development Puspitek LIPI. Impact of Social Responsibility to the Community The relaionship between the Company and the community in the operaion areas as well as in the oice intertwined more harmonious thus resuling beter corporate image. Tanggung Jawab Terhadap Pelanggan Responsibility to the Customers Kebijakan Perseroan menerapkan standar inggi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada seluruh pelanggan. Penerapan standar ini dibukikan dengan terus menerus melakukan inovasi pada berbagai lini jasa Perseroan dan membentuk fungsi khusus Quality, Health, Safety Environment QHSE yang berada di Direktorat Utama untuk membantu mengawasi dan memberikan saran program Quality Assurance, baik di fungsi operasi maupun shared services. Lebih dari itu, Perseroan menyadari bahwa kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan juga ditentukan oleh standar jasa yang dimiliki terhadap standar yang berlaku secara internasional. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjamin kepuasan pelanggan, Perseroan menerapkan kebijakan-kebijakan berikut: 1. Mematuhi dan mengaplikasikan standarisasi yang berlaku secara internasional dan memperbaharuinya secara berkala. 2. Mendukung inovasi berkelanjutan di seiap fungsi Perseroan. 3. Mengimplementasikan sosialiasi, monitor dan evaluasi terhadap mutu dari fungsi Perseroan. Program Kerja Untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan, pada 2014 Perseroan melaksanakan program-program kerja berikut sebagai bentuk realisasi kebijakan penjaminan mutu di atas. The applicaion of this standard was evidenced by constantly creaing innovaion in the Company’s various service lines and established speciic funcions of Quality, Health, Safety Environment QHSE under the Main Directorate to help monitor and advise Quality Assurance program, both in operaion funcions and shared services. Moreover, the Company realized that customer trust and saisfacion was also determined by the Company’s service standards compared to internaionally accepted standards. Therefore, to ensure customer saisfacion, the Company implemented the following policies: 1. Complies and applies with internaionally accepted standardizaion and renew it periodically. 2. Supports coninuous innovaion in every funcion of the Company. 3. Implements socializaion, monitors and evaluates the quality of every Company’s funcions.
