1. Implementasi dan Audit Standar Jasa Perseroan dengan ISO 9001 dan OHSAS 18001
Perseroan mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2008 dan OHSAS 18001:2007, selain Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan yang
masih dalam proses seriikasi. Selain hal tersebut, pada 2014 Perseroan melakukan audit eksternal dan internal.
Hasil audit eksternal oleh SGS menyatakan bahwa Perseroan lulus dalam maintenance seriikasi dengan idak adanya
temuan mayor
0 major indings, sedangkan secara internal ditemukan 99 temuan minor yang 71 dari temuan tersebut
telah diselesaikan.
2. Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan
Seiap tahunnya Perseroan melakukan survei kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas jasa yang dilakukan. Hal ini
sebagai bentuk evaluasi kinerja Perseroan. Pada 2014, kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja operasi meningkat
signiikan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, sehingga kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja Perseroan pun
meningkat.
3. Non Conformity Product NCP
NCP merupakan form indak lanjut terhadap hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan atas jasa yang diberikan Perseroan.
Melalui pelaporan ini, masukan pelanggan akan segera diindaklanjui oleh fungsi operasi maupun terkait lainnya.
Perseroan juga berupaya memasikan bahwa idak ada keluhan dari pelanggan terkait data maupun privasi yang hilang.
4. Quality Improvement Perseroan memahami bahwa bertahannya perusahaan
sangat dipengaruhi oleh inovasi yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, Perseroan mendorong inovasi-inovasi dari berbagai
fungsi untuk dapat dikompeisikan dalam Forum Presentasi CIP ingkat Elnusa Corporate. Pada 2014, Perseroan sebanyak
137 risalah diveriikasi, 32 risalah di antaranya maju ke Forum Presentasi dan 6 risalah terbaik di kompeisikan kembali pada
level Annual Pertamina Quality Award.
1. Implemented and Audited the Company’s Services Standards with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001
The Company implemented ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007, in addiion to the Environmental Management
System which is sill in the process of ceriicaion. In addiion to this, the Company conducted external and internal audits
in 2014. The results of the external audit done by SGS stated that the Company passed the ceriicaion maintenance in the
absence of major indings 0 major indings, while internally we found 99 minor indings that 71 of these indings have
been resolved.
2. Customer Saisfacion Survey
Every year, the Company conducts a customer saisfacion survey on the quality of the services performed. It is a form
of evaluaion to the Company’s performance. In 2014, the customer saisfacion with the operaing performance
improved signiicantly compared to the previous year, automaically increase the customer saisfacion for the
Company’s performance.
3. Non-Conformity Product NCP
NCP is a follow-up form to the customer saisfacion survey result on the services rendered by the Company. Through
this reporing, customer inputs will be immediately followed by operaional and other related funcions. The Company
also ensured that there are no complaints from customers related to the missing data and privacy.
4. Quality Improvement
The Company understood that the survival of the company is strongly inluenced by innovaion. Therefore, the Company
encourages innovaions from all of the funcions to be competed in the CIP Presentaion Forum on Elnusa Corporate
level. In 2014, the Company veriied as much as 137 essays, of which 32 advanced to the Presentaion Forum and 6 best
essays were competed again on Annual Pertamina Quality Award.

5. Project Quality Plan PQP
Guna memasikan seiap proyek yang dilakukan sesuai dengan standar sistem manajemen yang berkualitas sesuai
harapan pelanggan, Perseroan melakukan pembuatan PQP sebelum memulai suatu pekerjaan. Perencanaan ini melipui
aspek sumber daya manusia, HSE, teknologi, target pelanggan dan lain-lain. Melalui PQP, Perseroan berupaya memiigasi
risiko yang mungkin terjadi, sehingga dapat mencegah hal- hal yang berdampak negaif dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan
yang dapat berakibat keidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap jasa yang diberikan oleh Perseroan.
Dampak dari Tanggung Jawab Terhadap Pelanggan
Perseroan percaya bahwa dengan program kerja yang dilaksanakan sepanjang 2014, kepercayaan pelanggan semakin meningkat. Hal ini
dibukikan dengan meningkatnya hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan serta pendapatan perusahaan.
5. Project Quality Plan PQP
To ensure that each project was done in accordance with the quality management system standard according to the
customer expectaions, the Company made a PQP before staring a job. This plan included various aspects of human
resources, HSE, technology, customers target and others. Through PQP, the Company seek to miigate the potenial
risks, to prevent the things that may have a negaive impact on the work implementaion that can result in customer
dissaisfacion with the services provided by the Company.
Impact of Responsibiliies to the Customers
The Company believed that with the work programs undertaken throughout 2014, that customer conidence has increased. This
was evidenced by beter customer saisfacion survey results and increased revenue.
