62 PT Elnusa Tbk Laporan Tahunan 2014 Annual Report Hasil dari program pemetaan sot competency maupun technical competency selanjutnya akan digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam penyusunan program pelaihan dan pengembangan serta penyusunan standar kompetensi khusus di tahun 2015. Elnusa Petroleum School EPS Elnusa Petroleum School EPS memiliki peran dalam pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia di lingkungan Perseroan melalui program pelaihan dan learning termasuk melakukan program penguatan budaya di Perseroan. EPS bertanggung jawab memasikan penyelenggaraan program training dan learning, melakukan review terhadap kompetensi setelah proses pelaihan dan memasikan adanya dokumentasi serta pemutakhiran materi knowledge management dalam rangka mendukung peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia di Perseroan. Selama tahun 2014 program pelaihan yang diselenggarakan oleh EPS antara lain melipui training bidang operasi, safety, teknologi dan manajemen. Selain program training, EPS juga menyelenggarakan program sharing knowledge sebagai wadah pertukaran ide, pengetahuan dan informasi seputar industri migas diantara karyawan. Program ini diselenggarakan seiap satu minggu sekali dengan topik yang bervariasi. Untuk melengkapi pengembangan technical competency, di tahun 2014, Perseroan melalui EPS telah menyelenggarakan program Basic Management Program BMP. Program BMP merupakan modul training yang berisi sekumpulan materi training yang disusun secara komprehensif untuk pegembangan kompetensi level middle management di Perseroan. Program ini dilaksanakan selama kurun waktu delapan bulan sejak 3 Februari 2014 dan berakhir pada 2 Oktober 2014 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 94 orang level Secion Head atau setara dari fungsi operasi, shared service dan anak perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini terdiri dari pemberian materi diskusi serta laihan dengan cakupan materi sebagai berikut: 1. Operaion Management 2. Finance for Non Finance 3. Human Resources for Non Human Resources 4. Markeing Management 5. Health, Safety, and Environment 6 . Communicaion Skill Efekivitas Program Pelaihan Pada tahun 2014 jumlah hari pelaihan per karyawan meningkat sebesar 27 dari 8,96 hari di tahun 2013 menjadi 11,35 hari. Pencapaian ini menunjukan peningkatan parisipasi karyawan dalam mengikui pelaihan. Biaya Pelaihan Sepanjang tahun 2014 perusahaan telah menginvestasikan biaya untuk pelaihan sebesar Rp16,8 milliar. Nilai ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signiikan dibandingkan biaya pelaihan tahun 2013 yaitu sebesar Rp7,8 miliar, dikarenakan adanya kebutuhan seriikasi Safety, Seismic, Drilling, Workover dan Well-control di divisi operasi serta penyelenggaraan modul Basic Management Program selama tahun 2014. The results of the sot competency and technical competency mapping programs will be used as a reference for implemening training and development program in 2015 as well as the preparaion of special competency standards in 2015. Elnusa Petroleum School EPS Elnusa Petroleum School EPS plays a role in developing the competency of human resources in the Company through various training and learning programs as well as strengthening company culture programs. EPS has the responsibility to ensure the implementaion of training and learning program for the sake of professionalism and competency improvement, review the competency ater training process have inished, as well as record and update the management knowledge material, to support the Company’s human resources competency enhancement. In 2014, EPS conducted various programs such as operaional, safety, technology and management training programs. In addiion, the Company held a knowledge sharing session where all employees were given the opportunity to voice their opinion, share knowledge and informaion in the oil and gas industry through the sharing session. The session was held once a week, and topicsvaried from week to week. In order to round of technical competency development, the Company also carries out a development program called the Basic Management Program BMP. This program takes the form of training for which the module consists of comprehensive training materials based on a needs analysis. The purpose of this program is to set a standard of competencies and to enhance competency among middle management levels in the Company. The program was held for eight months, staring on 3 February 2014 and ending on 2 October 2014. The paricipants included Secion Heads and other equivalent funcions, with 94 paricipants in total from operaions, shared services and subsidiaries. The methods used were classroom session, discussion and training whereas the materials given were: 1. Operaion Management 2. Finance for Non Finance 3. Human Resources for Non Human Resources 4. Markeing Management 5. Health, Safety, and Environment 6. Communicaion Skill Training Program Efeciveness In 2014 the everage number of training days per employee increased 27 from 8.96 days in 2013 up to 11.35 days. This achievement demonstrated the increase of training parisipaion. Training Expenditure In 2014 the Company invested Rp16.8 billion for its training expenditure, higher than 2013 igure of Rp7.8 billion. This increase was due to the need of the Company to obtain ceriicaion for Safety, Seismic, Drilling, Workover and Well- control for its operaions division, and the implementaion of the Basic Management Program in 2014.
