Package No. 03: Manggopoh – Padang Sawah

Monthly Progress Report November 2013 Western I ndonesia National Roads I mprovement Project 44 PMU dated 18 June 2013. A monitoring report has been submitted to the World Bank from PMU dated 21 June 2103, and approval from the World Bank dated 26 June 2013. The project has the remaining of 15 affected people not yet received compensation from Local Government. Now CTC waiting a proof of the compensation payment for 15 affected people from local government. A construction could be done when a monitoring report already received the WB. Environmental Issues:- CTC waiting for a SPPL report from Balai II Padang

6.6.4. Package No. 04: Ipuh – Bantal

Social Issues:- The report was concurred by the World Bank on 10 December 2012. The Monitoring LARAP Report is being prepared by the CTC. A site visit to Subproject Ipuh-Bantal in Bengkulu Province was conducted by Environmental Specialist during 13 – 15 March 2013 to check the status of land to be acquired, to estimate of land area which is affected by the project and to identify the type of land asset affected by project to carry out interview with PAPs, to get information related land acquisition process and to check the current status of the Appraisal Team readiness for payment of the land acquisition. The CTC found that the land and asset of PAPs have not been paid by the project. Up to the end of November 2013, compensation payment for the land acquisition is being resolved by the project. Environmental Issues:- CTC waiting and ensure a SPPL report as the environmental safeguards of the package for Ipuh – Bantal from Environmental Agency BLHD and P2JN Bengkulu.

6.6.5. Package No. 05: Sp. Rampa – Poriaha

Social Issues:- The Larap report of package for Sp. Rampa – Poriaha North Sumatera Province has already submitted to the World Bank from PMU dated 30 August 2013. The World Bank has reviewed the report dated 16 September 2013 require revision to be provided by DGH. According to the World Bank request, CTC revise a Larap report, and submit to PMU dated 29 October 2013. Larap report has been submitted to the World Bank from PMU dated 6 November 2103, and approval from the World Bank dated 12 November 2013 that the documents disclosed at PMU website. . 6.6.6. Package No. 06: Ps. Pedati – Kerkap

Social Issues:- CTC received Larap report form Balai III PalembangPMU dated 7 October 2013 and has reviewed a report and submitted to PMU dated 29 October 2013. The report already submitted to the World Bank from PMU dated 13 November 2103 and approval the World Bank dated 20 November 2013 with some comments. Follow up the World Bank review and PMU letter, now the Larap report is being revision process by CTC. A revision for the report will be submitted to the World Bank on the end of December 2013. Environmental Issues:- The UKLUPL was sent to Bank on 30 September 2013

6.6.7. Package No. 07: Indrapura – Tapan

Social Issues:- The Larap report of package for Indrapura – Tapan is under preparation by Balai II Padang West Sumatera. Now CTC waiting for the report from Balai II Padang. Environmental Issues:- Now CTC waiting for and ensure the environmental safeguard for this package from Balai II PadangSubtit EA DTA.

6.6.8. Package No. 08: Bts Kota Pariaman – Manggopoh

Social Issues:- CTC received the LARAP report form Balai II PadangPMU on 01 August 2013. Review and comment from CTC was sent to PMU on 9 September 2013, and PMU forward to P2JN Local Consultant with request to revise the LARAP report based on CTC comment. Environmental Issues:- Now CTC waiting for and ensure the environmental safeguard for this package from Balai II PadangSubtit EA DTA.

6.6.9. Package No. 09: Rantau Tijang – Kota Agung
