Pada bulan November 2011, Perusahaan telah menambah penyertaan saham pada NICI
sebesar Rp75.000. In November 2011, the Company made
additional capital
contribution to
NICI amounting to Rp75,000.
Pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2012, Perusahaan bersama dengan Asahi Group Holdings
Southeast Asia Pte. Ltd. AGSA telah mendirikan 2 dua perusahaan patungan
yaitu: On August 8, 2012, the Company together with
Asahi Group Holdings Southeast Asia Pte. Ltd. AGSA have established 2 two joint venture
companies, namely:
a. PT Asahi Indofood Beverage Makmur AIBM, yang bergerak di bidang produksi
minuman non-alkohol di Indonesia, dengan jumlah
modal ditempatkan
sebesar Rp130.000, yang 49-nya diambil-bagian
dan disetor penuh oleh Perusahaan sebanyak Rp63.700 sedangkan sisanya
diambil bagian dan disetor penuh oleh AGSA; dan
a. PT Asahi Indofood Beverage Makmur AIBM, which engages in production of
non-alcohol beverages in Indonesia, with the total issued capital of Rp130,000, 49
of which was subscribed and paid in full by the Companyt in the amount of Rp63,700
while the balance was subscribed and paid in full by AGSA; and
b. PT Indofood Asahi Sukses Beverage IASB, yang bergerak di bidang pemasaran dan
penjualan minuman
non-alkohol di
Indonesia, dengan
jumlah modal
ditempatkan sebesar Rp15.000 yang 51- nya diambil-bagian dan disetor penuh oleh
Perusahaan sebanyak Rp7.650 sedangkan sisanya diambil bagian dan disetor penuh
oleh AGSA. b. PT Indofood Asahi Sukses Beverage IASB,
which engages in the marketing of non- alcohol beverages in Indonesia, with the
total issued capital of Rp15,000, 51 of which was subscribed and paid in full by the
Company in the amount of Rp7,650 while the balance was subscribed and paid in full
by AGSA.
