presupposition of headline [6] those people were in difficulties after disaster stricken. If the addresser expressed the headline, the addressee will assume that
those who hopeless and starving were very poor people. Those people could not struggle for their life because they were limited by their condition, homeless and
famine. Subhead [6]
Haitians need help after the disaster. Through read this headline, the addressee understood that those people who homeless and famine were Haitians. Moreover,
the subhead explained if the addressee helped WFP meant helped them also. It explained that WFP would route the aid to those Haitians.
