The questionnaire and interview were conducted in August 2007. Since this study was a descriptive study, the writer did not use statistical data computation but

E. Data Analysis Technique
The data were analyzed in order to find out the central tendency of the respondent opinions about needs analysis and the designed materials. In the end,
