Plantations of the Group constituting 30.74 and 70.62of the carrying amount of the plantations as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively, are used as collateral on bank loans and medium term notes Notes 17, 21, 39 and 40. Pada tanggal 30 September 2015 dan 31 Desember 2014,tanaman perkebunan tidak diasuransikan. As of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014 the plantations are not insured. Manajemen berpendapat bahwa tidak terdapat penurunan nilai atas aset tersebut. Management believes that there is no impairment in value of the assets. Grup memiliki beberapa bidang tanah yang terletak di Lampung, Sumatera Selatan, dengan hak legal berupa Hak Guna Usaha HGU yang berjangka waktu 20 - 45 tahun yang akan jatuh tempo antara tahun 2025 dan 2044. The Group owns several parcels of land located in Lampung, South Sumaterawith Land Use Rights Hak Guna Usaha or HGU for a period of 20 - 45 years, from 2025 until 2044.
