4.6.2 Monitoring of Environmental Aspects During Construction

CTC will circulate of environmental monitoring forms to DSC. This set of forms focused on environmental and social impacts, and amounted to 7 pages. These forms were intended to be used every month by the DSC Environmental Specialist. CTC’s environmental staff will actively advise to DSC on environmental monitoring, but have not directly carried out monitoring, despite the CTC TOR requirement to “to implement the Environmental and Social Assessment and Management Plan for WINRIP”, which involves monitoring of environmental plans and studies.
