pemandu wisata. Acara dimulai pukul 20.00, diawali dengan kehadiran rombongan wisatawan. Rombongan disambut oleh para panitia, dan salah
seorang wisatawan menerima kalungan bunga. Setelah para wisatawan hadir, pertunjukan tarian pertama disuguhkan selama kurang lebih 15
menit. Rombongan tampak menikmati suguhan tari sambil sesekali
mengambil foto. Setelah tarian selesai, rombongan dipersilahkan menuju meja makan untuk memulai jamuan. Acara jamuan sendiri memakan
waktu kurang lebih 1 jam 15 menit. Mengingat rombongan kali ini berasal dari Jerman, telah menjadi kebiasaan bahwa setelah jamuan makan malam,
wisatawan Jerman menginginkan waktu khusus untuk menikmati bir. Keinginan tersebut diakomodasi oleh pihak penyelenggara demi kepuasan
para wisatawan. Setelah jamuan berakhir, para wisatawan kembali dipersilahkan untuk menikmati pertunjukan tarian terakhir dengan lakon
Sinta Obong. Pertunjukan ini memakan waktu sekitar 30 menit. Setelah pertunjukan berakhir, para wisatawan meninggalkan tempat.
