5.1. Simpulan

Tidak terdapat perbedaan efek asam folat pada berbagai periode pemberian terhadap kejadian NTD pada fetus tikus putih Rattus norvegicus galur Sprague Dawley

5.2. Saran

Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut pada objek penelitian dengan kelainan genetik mutan yang diketahui atau dengan pemberian trigger yang dapat menyebabkan NTD agar lebih dapat menilai peranan asam folat.
