respondents vote for F1, it is obvious that F1 is the most readable one in translating the second source text. Almost all respondents choose F1 because the
translator uses words that are easily understood and the message is well-delivered. F1 always adds the word appropriately to the TT. It is proven when F1 translates
“ hair down” into “rambut tergerai indahnya”. Based on the translation, F1
produces the TT of „down‟ into “tergerai indahnya” which means she involves the additional word to produce a phrase instead of word in translating the word
„down‟. The phrase “tergerai indahnya” is chosen by F1 in order to add an adjective of beautiful seen through the word
„indahnya‟ to emphasize the characteristic of Jamie‟s hair.

Based on the data stated above, fourteen respondents vote for F1, three respondents vote for F2, two respondents vote for M1, and one respondent votes
for M2. It shows that F1 is the most readable one due to the majority votes in the questionnaires
. F1 translates “You know it‟s love” into “Yah, seperti itulah cinta”. F1 uses the words, phrases, and sentences that are easily understandable and clear.
Meanwhile, the other translators translate “You know it‟s love” into “kau tahu bahwa itu cinta” F2, “kau tahu itu cinta” M1, and “kamu tahu itu cinta” M2
in which all of the translations do not show what love really is; all translations only explain that there is
the idea of love. In F1, the phrase “seperti itulah cinta” emphasizes not only the idea of love but also what love really is.
