Apabila penurunan nilai melebihi saldo akun “Selisih Penilaian Kembali Aktiva” untuk aktiva
yang bersangkutan, kelebihannya diakui dalam laporan laba rugi konsolidasi tahun
berjalan. The amount of an impairment loss for a
revalued asset which exceeds the amount of the
“Assets Revaluation
Increment” attributable to such asset is recognized in the
current year’s consolidated statement of income.

Perkebunan Plasma
merupakan bentuk
kebijakan Pemerintah
Indonesia yang
berkaitan dengan kerjasama pengembangan perkebunan. Grup dapat memperoleh hak
guna usaha untuk membangun kebun inti apabila
bersedia membangun
areal perkebunan rakyat. Sebagai pihak Inti, Grup
berkewajiban untuk melatih dan mengawasi petani dan membeli hasil produksi perkebunan
milik petani dengan harga yang telah ditetapkan Pemerintah Indonesia.
Plasma plantations
is an
Indonesian Government policy to develop the plantations
on mutual agreement with smallholders or cooperatives. Companies referred to as “Inti”
can acquire landrights to develop plantations only
if they
develop plantations
for smallholders Plasma participants in addition
to their own plantations. Inti are required to assist and supervise smallholders in technical
matters relating to the plantation and to purchase the fresh fruit bunch “FFB”
produced by Plasma plantations at prices determined by the Indonesian Government.
Perkebunan rakyat akan diserahkan kepada petani
pada saat
perkebunan mulai
menghasilkan dengan harga konversi yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dan harga
konversi tersebut bisa lebih rendah dari nilai bukunya. Oleh karena itu, Grup menetapkan
penyisihan rugi konversi yang diestimasi berdasarkan
hasil penelaahan
berkala terhadap selisih antara nilai tercatat dengan
nilai konversi. Petani berkewajiban menjual hasil panennya kepada perusahaan Inti.
Once developed, the Plasma plantations are transferred to the smallholders at a conversion
rate determined by the Government, in which case and where the conversion price might be
lower than the carrying value of the Plasma plantation transferred by the Inti. In this
regard, the Company’s and Subsidiaries, being Inti’s under this Government program,
determine
the allowance
for loss
on conversion based on a periodic review of the
estimated difference between the carrying value of the Plasma plantation and the
conversion value. The Plasma farmers are required to sell the fresh fruit bunch to Inti.
Uang muka perkebunan Plasma meliputi akumulasi biaya termasuk biaya pinjaman
dan biaya tidak langsung untuk membangun areal Plasma setelah dikurangi terutama
dengan kredit investasi yang diperoleh dari bank.
Advances for Plasma plantations represent the accumulated costs incurred, including
borrowing costs and indirect overhead costs to develop
the Plasma
areas. These
accumulated costs are presented net of among others, the investment credit obtained
from the bank.
