BAB 5 KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
5.1 Kesimpulan
Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan sebelumnya diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut:
a. Pemberian Vitamin C cenderung memulihkan jumlah spermatozoa mencit jantan p0,05 setelah pemberian Testosteron Undekanoat TU dan Ekstrak
Air Biji Pepaya Medan Carica papaya L. b. Pemberian Vitamin C cenderung memulihkan motilitas spermatozoa mencit
jantan p0,05 setelah pemberian Testosteron Undekanoat TU dan Ekstrak Air Biji Pepaya Medan Carica papaya L.
c. Pemberian Vitamin C memulihkan viabilitas spermatozoa mencit jantan p0,05 setelah pemberian Testosteron Undekanoat TU dan Ekstrak Air Biji
Pepaya Medan Carica papaya L. d. Pemberian Vitamin C cenderung memulihkan morfologi spermatozoa mencit
jantan p0,05 setelah pemberian Testosteron Undekanoat TU dan Ekstrak Air Biji Pepaya Medan Carica papaya L.
5.2 Saran
a. Sebaiknya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan dosis Vitamin C yang lebih tinggi
b. Sebaiknya dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan menggunakan sumber antioksidan yang lain

dimasukkan ke dalam erlenmeyer yang berisi 100ml methanol dipanaskan hingga ¼ volume awal kemudian disaring
dimasukkan kedalam 4 tabung reaksi tabung I ditetesi FeCl

diamati perubahan warna yang terjadi dan dicatat hasilnya p, tabung IV ditetesi NaOH 10, masing-masing
sebanyak 3-5 tetes
