7. PIUTANG LAIN-LAIN Lanjutan

Pada bulan Oktober 2009, CV Fajar Indah mengajukan kasasi ke Mahkamah Agung. Berdasarkan Keputusan No. 1922 KPdt2009 tanggal 11 Maret 2010, Mahkamah Agung menolak permohonan kasasi tersebut. Pada tanggal 4 Januari 2011, PT KBS telah mengajukan Permohonan Teguran Aanmaning kepada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara agar CV Fajar Indah memenuhi kewajiban hukumnya kepada PT KBS. PT KBS sedang mempersiapkan langkah hukum selanjutnya dan persiapan tersebut masih dalam proses. Pada tanggal-tanggal 30 Juni 2012 dan 31 Desember 2011, PT KBS telah menetapkan cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai atas seluruh piutang tersebut.

7. OTHER RECEIVABLES Continued

In October 2009, CV Fajar Indah filed cassation to the Supreme Court. Based on the Decision No. 1922 KPdt2009 dated March 11, 2010, the Supreme Court rejected the cassation. On January 4, 2011, PT KBS filed Aanmaning to the District Court of North Jakarta to reprove CV Fajar Indah to settle its legal obligations to PT KBS. PT KBS is in the process of preparing the next legal action and the preparation is still in process. As of June 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011, PT KBS has provided full allowance for impairment losses on such receivable. Manajemen berpendapat bahwa cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai piutang lain-lain adalah cukup untuk menutupi kemungkinan kerugian atas tidak tertagihnya piutang lain-lain. The management believes that the allowance for impairment losses on other receivables is adequate to cover possible losses that may arise from uncollectible other receivables. 8. SALDO DAN TRANSAKSI SIGNIFIKAN DENGAN PIHAK-PIHAK BERELASI 8. SIGNIFICANT BALANCES AND TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES Dalam kegiatan usaha normal, Kelompok Usaha melakukan transaksi usaha dan keuangan dengan pihak-pihak berelasi. Entitas yang bersangkutan diakui sebagai pihak berelasi dari Kelompok Usaha berkaitan dengan persamaan kepemilikan dan manajemen. Harga jual atau beli antara pihak-pihak berelasi ditentukan berdasarkan harga yang disepakati dengan menggunakan dasar yang sama dengan pihak ketiga.
