In December 2000, the Company acquired 4,925 shares representing 98.50 interest at
acquisition date in AP amounting to Rp4,925,000 from the Company’s directors

Perubahan pada nilai tercatat penyertaan AM atas saham SCM yang disebabkan transaksi-transaksi
pada SCM sebagai berikut: The change in AM’s carrying value of its
investment in SCM shares was due to the following transactions in SCM:
• Peningkatan sebesar Rp85.763.361 sebagai
hasil dari penawaran umum perdana “IPO” atas 375 juta saham SCM pada bulan Juni
2002. Sebelum
transaksi IPO
tersebut, kepemilikan AM atas ekuitas SCM adalah
sebesar 50 kepemilikan saham atau setara dengan Rp361.672.663. Setelah transaksi IPO
dilaksanakan, kepemilikan AM atas ekuitas SCM menjadi sebesar 40 kepemilikan saham
atau setara dengan Rp447.444.601. •
Increase by Rp85,763,361 as a result of an initial public offering “IPO” of 375 million SCM
shares in June 2002. Prior to IPO, AM’s ownership interest in SCM’s equity was 50

27,187,500 SCM shares in relation to the exercise of stock options by the employees of
SCM and SCTV under SCM’s Employee Stock Option Plan “ESOP” on February 28, 2003
and May 11, 2003 Note 35, and the sale of the 3,479,250 SCM shares on March 24, 2003.
After the issuance of ESOP and the sale of SCM shares, AM’s ownership interest in
SCM’s equity reduced to become 39.42 share ownership.

• Penurunan sebesar Rp5.115.668 sehubungan
dengan penerbitan 10.577.650 saham SCM terkait dengan pelaksanaan opsi karyawan oleh
SCM dan SCTV, yang diterbitkan oleh SCM berdasarkan OPSK SCM, pada tanggal 12 Mei
2010 Catatan 37. •

8.32 from acquisition transactions from certain Ashmore Funds Note 1d, and the
issuance of 7,068,500 SCM shares in relation to the exercise of stock options by the
employees of SCM and SCTV, which were issued by SCM under the SCM’s ESOP, on
May 12, 2008 Note 37.
