Perusahaan telah mengkonversi opsi tersebut pada tanggal 15 April 2008. • On April 15, 2008, upon direct acquisition of the 1,490,247,500 SCM shares by the Company from AM, the Company incurred additional consideration of Rp445,818,161 representing the value of option premium upon the novation of options over SCM shares from Ashmore Fund Investors 2, Ashmore Fund Investors 3 and SGL TV to the Company Note 1d.
