- Seorang karyawan harus telah bekerja dengan SCM danatau SCTV paling sedikit 5 lima tahun sejak tanggal pernyataan penerbitan waran sebelum Waran- warannya dapat dikonversikan menjadi saham. Ketentuan tersebut tidak berlaku bagi direksi, komisaris atau karyawan yang cacat permanen, meninggal dunia atau pensiun. - An employee must have worked for SCM andor SCTV for no less than 5 five years from the date of warrant issuance before the Warrants could be exercised. This condition does not apply to directors, commissioners or employees who sustained permanent disability, died or retired. - Setiap tahun pada tanggal 12 Mei sesudah tahun kelima, karyawan yang bersangkutan boleh mengkonversikan Waran-waran dengan harga konversi sebesar Rp250 per saham yang telah dialokasikan kepadanya jadwal vesting. - Each year on May 12 after the fifth year, the employee concerned may exercise the Warrants at exercised price of Rp250 full amount per share allotted to him that are vested vesting schedule. - Apabila seorang karyawan mengundurkan diri setelah 5 lima tahun, karyawan tersebut berhak untuk mengkonversikan Waran-warannya yang telah dialokasikan kepadanya sesuai dengan kondisi dan persyaratan yang berlaku. - If any employee resigns after 5 five years of service, the employee shall have the right to exercise the Warrants allotted to him that are vested in accordance with the terms and conditions. - Apabila seorang karyawan menjadi cacat permanen, meninggal dunia atau pensiun walaupun belum 5 lima tahun maka semua Waran yang telah dialokasikan kepada karyawan tersebut tetap dapat dikonversikan dan dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal vesting. - If an employee has sustained permanent total disability, dies or retires prior to completing 5 five years of service, all the Warrants allotted to him can be exercised based on vesting schedule. - Apabila seorang karyawan mengundurkan diri atau dilakukan pemutusan hubungan kerjanya sebelum 5 lima tahun masa kerja, maka mereka tidak berhak atas Waran karyawan yang telah dialokasikan. - If an employee resigns or is terminated prior to completing 5 five years of service, the employee will not be entitled to receive the Warrants allotted to him. - Apabila direksi danatau komisaris diberhentikan atau mengundurkan diri maka direksi danatau komisaris tersebut akan memperoleh seluruh Waran yang telah dialokasikan kepadanya dan dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal vesting. - If the directors andor commissioners will retire or resign, the directors andor commissioners will receive all the Warrants allotted to him and may be exercised based on vesting schedule.Parts
