1. Hak Tanggungan atas tanah dan bangunan proyek “The Grove”, termasuk media Walk seluas 15.772 m 2 yang berupa sertifikat hak guna bangunan SHGB senilai Rp 312 miliar; 2. Hak Tanggungan atas 88 unit apartemen Aston Hotel Residence senilai Rp 54 miliar; 3. Piutang usaha dengan nilai sebesar Rp 199,97 miliar; 4. Jaminan Perusahaan sebagai pemegang saham BSU. 1. Mortgage of Land and building “The Grove” project including Right to Build Certificate of media Walk of 15,772 sqm amounting to Rp 312 billion; 2. Mortgage of 88 unit apartment Aston Hotel Residence amounting to Rp 54 billion; 3. Trade receivables valuing of Rp 199.97 billion; 4. Corporate guarantee on behalf of the Company, as a shareholder of BSU. Pada tanggal 26 April 2010, pinjaman tersebut telah diperpanjang hingga pada tanggal 26 April 2012. On April 26, 2010, the loan has been extended to April 26, 2012. Pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2007, GAP mendapatkan Kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi II dari BRI sebesar Rp 156 miliar. Pinjaman ini dijamin dengan sertifikat hak guna bangunan, deposito sebesar Rp 286 juta dan areal tanah Waterpark dengan tingkat bunga 12 per tahun untuk jangka waktu 30 bulan dengan masa tenggang waktu selama 6 bulan. Pembayaran cicilan pokok dilakukan setiap 3 bulan setelah masa tenggang waktu selama 6 bulan. Pada tanggal 19 Mei 2010, GAP telah melakukan perubahan jadwal angsuran pokok pinjaman dengan mengubah jangka waktu pinjaman sehingga jatuh tempo pada Desember 2011. On October 22, 2007, GAP obtained Working Capital Construction II loan facility from BRI amounting to Rp 156 billion. This loan is secured by Right to Build Certificate, time deposit amounting to Rp 286 million and land of Waterpark, which is bears annual interest rate of 12. The loan will due in 30 months after 6 months grace period. The principal of the loans facility will be paid on a quarterly basis, after 6 months grace period. On May 19, 2010, GAP has made rescheduling loan payment and will due date on December 2011. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010 dan 2009 saldo hutang bank tersebut masing-masing adalah sebesar Rp 28,93 miliar dan Rp 30,81 miliar. As of December 31, 2010 and 2009, that bank loan balance amounting to Rp 28.93 billion and Rp 30.81 billion, respectively. 3. Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi III 3. Working Capital Construction III Loan Facility Pada tanggal 12 Desember 2008, GAP memperoleh fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi III sebesar Rp 114 miliar dengan tingkat bunga 13,5 yang dapat diubah sesuai dengan suku bunga terakhir dan akan jatuh tempo Desember 2010. Pinjaman ini dijamin dengan tanah di lokasi Bogor Nirwana Residence seluas 290.002 meter persegi. On December 12, 2008, GAP obtained Working Capital Construction III loan facility from BRI amounting to Rp 114 billion with annual interest rate of 13.5 which can be change in accordance with prevailing interest rate and will due on December 2010. This loan is secured by 290,002 sqm land located in Bogor Nirwana Residence. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010 dan 2009 saldo hutang bank tersebut masing-masing adalah sebesar Rp nihil dan Rp 26,8 miliar. As of December 31, 2010 and 2009, that bank loan balance amounting to Rp nil and Rp 26.8 billion, respectively. Pada tanggal 17 Juli 2008, PT Samudera Asia Nasional SAN, mendapatkan Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja dari BRI sebesar Rp 113,5 miliar selama 2 tahun dengan tingkat bunga 11,5 per tahun. Pinjaman ini dijamin dengan tanah dan bangunan The Legian Nirwana Suites yang terletak di Legian, Bali. Pada bulan Desember 2010, SAN telah melunasi seluruh pinjaman tersebut. On July 17, 2008, PT Samudera Asia Nasional SAN, obtained Working Capital Loan facility from BRI amounting Rp 113.5 billion for 2 years with interest rate of 11.5 per annum. This loan is guaranteed with land and building of the Legian Nirwana Suites located in Legian, Bali. On December 2010, SAN has fully paid the loan. Pada tanggal 8 September 2008, PT Dutaperkasa Unggullestari DPUL, memperoleh fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja III dari BRI dengan jumlah pagu maksimum sebesar Rp 43,5 miliar dengan tingkat bunga sebesar 11 per tahun dan jatuh tempo selama 30 bulan. Pinjaman ini dijamin dengan tanah proyek housing Ijen Nirwana Residence. On September 8, 2008, PT Dutaperkasa Unggullestari DPUL, obtain Working Capital Construction III loan facility from BRI with credit ceiling of Rp 43.5 billion and bear annual interest rate of 11. This loan will due in 30 months. This loan is secured by land housing project Ijen Nirwana Residence.Parts
