Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi I Refinancing 1. Working Capital Construction I Loan Facility Refinancing Pada tanggal 26 Juli 2007, PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama BSU, Anak perusahaan, mendapatkan fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi I Refinancing sebesar Rp 26 miliar. Pinjaman tersebut ditujukan untuk membiayai kembali pembangunan 88 unit Apartemen pada HotelApartemen Aston Rasuna. Pembayaran pokok pinjaman adalah setiap 3 bulanan sejak akad kredit ditandatangani dan akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 26 Januari 2011. Perusahaan telah melunasi seluruh pinjamannya kepada BRI pada tanggal 23 Juli 2010. On July 26, 2007, PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama BSU, a Subsidiary, obtained Working Capital Construction I loan facility Refinancing amounting to Rp 26 billion. The loan was used to refinance development of 88 apartment units in Aston Rasuna HotelApartment. The Principal of the loan facility will be installed on a quarterly basis since the date of the agreement and will be due on January 26, 2011. The Company has fully paid all the loan to BRI on July 23, 2010. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010 dan 2009, saldo hutang bank tersebut masing-masing adalah sebesar Rp nihil dan Rp 9 miliar. As of December 31, 2010 and 2009, that bank loan balance amounting to Rp nil and Rp 9 billion, respectively. 2. Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi II 2. Working Capital Construction II Loan Facility Pada tanggal 26 Juli 2007, BSU menandatangani Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Konstruksi II sebesar Rp 250 miliar. Pinjaman tersebut ditujukan untuk pembangunan apartemen The Grove dan dibuat untuk jangka waktu 54 bulan terhitung sejak ditandatangani akta perjanjian yaitu sampai tanggal 26 Januari 2012. Pembayaran pokok dimulai bulan ke 27 sejak akad kredit ditandatangani. Sampai dengan tanggal 31 Desember 2010, BSU telah mencairkan seluruh pinjamannya sebesar Rp 250 miliar. On July 26, 2007, BSU obtained Working Capital Construction II loan facility amounting to Rp 250 billion. The loan is used to develope The Grove apartment and will be due in 54 months since the date of the agreement until January 26, 2012. Principal installment will be started on 27th month from the date of agreement. As of December 31, 2010, BSU has fully withdrawn all the loan to BRI amounted to Rp 250 billion. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010 dan 2009 saldo hutang bank tersebut adalah sebesar Rp 169,80 miliar dan Rp 200,98 miliar. As of December 31, 2010 and 2009, that bank loan balance amounting to Rp 169.80 billion and Rp 200.98 billion. Kedua fasilitas pinjaman diatas dikenakan tingkat suku bunga sebesar 13,50 per tahun yang dapat ditinjau kembali setiap saat sesuai dengan suku bunga yang berlaku di BRI. Bunga dibayar setiap bulan. Jaminan sehubungan dengan fasilitas pinjaman BRI tersebut adalah sebagai berikut: Both facilities bears annual interest rate of 13.50 and reviewable in accordance with interest rate prevailing in BRI.
