Penyusutan untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 dan 2014 adalah
masing-masing sebesar Rp26.292.064.837 dan Rp18.872.108.031 dibebankan pada beban
pokok pendapatan pada laporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lain konsolidasian.
Depreciation for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 amounted to Rp26,292,064,837
and Rp18,872,108,031, respectively, was
charged to cost of revenues in consolidated statements of profit or loss and other

GLDP, entitas anak, memiliki beberapa bidang tanah seluas 17.850 m
2
berlokasi di JI. Kebon Sirih dan JI. Wahid Hasyim, Jakarta. Hak legal
berupa HGB berjangka waktu 30 tiga puluh tahun, jatuh tempo tahun 2026. Manajemen
berpendapat bahwa sertifikat HGB tersebut dapat diperpanjang pada saat jatuh tempo.
GLDP, a subsidiary, owned several land properties with total of 17,850 m
2
, located in Jl. Kebon Sirih and Jl. Wahid Hasyim, Jakarta.
The landrights is in the form of HGB with terms expiring of 30 years, which is due in 2026.
Management believes that the HGB certificates can be extended upon their expiration.
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 dan 2014, sebagian besar properti
investasi digunakan sebagai jaminan atas utang jangka
panjang - utang bank Catatan 22. As of December 31, 2015 and 2014, most of
investment properties are used as collateral for long-term liabilities - bank loan Note 22.
Pada 31 Desember 2015, properti investasi kecuali tanah, telah diasuransikan kepada
PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia, pihak berelasi dan beberapa perusahaan asuransi pihak ketiga
lainnya terhadap risiko kebakaran, gempa bumi dan risiko lainnya, dengan total pertanggungan
sebesar US125.050.000
dan Rp4.220.605.271.552. Manajemen berpendapat
bahwa nilai pertanggungan tersebut cukup untuk menutup kemungkinan kerugian atas risiko
tersebut. As of December 31, 2015 investment properties,
except for land, are covered by insurance against fire, earthquake and other risks with
PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia, related party and other third parties with sum insured amounted to
US125,050,000 and Rp4,220,605,271,552. Management believes that the insurance
coverage is adequate to cover possible losses arising from such risks.
Nilai wajar properti investasi berupa tanah, bangunan dan bangunan dalam penyelesaian
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 sebesar Rp2,2 triliun yang ditentukan berdasarkan penilai
independen KJPP Rengganis, Hamid Rekan dalam laporannya tertanggal 25 April 2014.
Manajemen berpendapat bahwa tidak terdapat kejadian atau perubahan keadaan yang
mengindikasikan penurunan nilai wajar properti investasi pada tanggal pelaporan.
The fair value of the investment properties consist of land, buildings and construction in progress as
of December 31, 2015 amounted to Rp2.2 trillion, which was determined by independent appraisers
KJPP Rengganis, Hamid Rekan based on its report dated April 25, 2014. Management believes
that there are no events or changes in circumstances which may indicate impairment in
value of investment properties as of the reporting date.

Total biaya pinjaman yang dikapitalisasi ke properti investasi dalam penyelesaian untuk
tanggal 31 Desember 2015 adalah sebesar Rp100.236.364.686.
Borrowing cost which were capitalized to investment properties under construction in
progress is amounted to Rp100,236,364,686 for the period ended December 31, 2015.
