Periode pinjaman

tanggal 31 Desember 2014, Perusahaan telah mencairkan seluruh fasilitas kredit

3. On June 24, 2014, the Company obtained investment credit facility with a maximum
amount of Rp100,000,000,000. The loan period is 120 months commencing from June
24, 2014 to June 24, 2024. Up to December 31, 2014, the Company has fully drawn this
credit facility. The outstanding loan as of December 31, 2015 and 2014 amounted to
Rp92,354,175,462 and Rp97,958,053,445, respectively.
4. Pada tanggal 1 Juli 2015, Perusahaan mendapatkan fasilitas kredit investasi
dengan maksimum pinjaman sebesar Rp100.000.000.000. Periode pinjaman 120
bulan dimulai 1 Juli 2015 sampai
30 Juni 2025. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 saldo pinjaman adalah sebesar

Berdasarkan perjanjian pinjaman, Perusahaan harus memenuhi persyaratan tertentu yaitu
melakukan pemberitahuan tertulis kepada bank setiap mendapat pinjaman baru dan terjadi
perubahan anggaran dasar, pemegang saham dan susunan pengurus. Perusahaan tidak
diperkenankan memberikan pinjaman kepada pihak lain yang tidak terkait bidang usaha. Suku
bunga efektif per tahun berkisar antara 12,50 sampai 13,80 pada 2015.
Based on the agreements, the Company must comply with certain covenants, such as written
notice to bank prior obtaining new loan facilities and amending its article of association and
changing in the shareholders and composition of boards of directors and commissioners. The
Company is not allowed to provide loan facility to other parties, except under normal business
transactions. The loans bear interest at annual rates ranging from 12.50 to 13.80 in 2015.

Perusahaan The Company
Pada tanggal 18 Desember 2014, Perusahaan menandatangani perjanjian pinjaman dengan
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero BRI, dimana Perusahaan mendapatkan fasilitas
pinjaman kredit investasi dengan maksimum pinjaman sebesar Rp1.159.191.000.000. Periode
pinjaman adalah 108 bulan termasuk grace period 36 bulan, dimulai dari 18 Desember 2014
hingga 17 Desember 2023. Saldo pinjaman pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 dan 2014 masing-
masing sebesar Rp379.608.114.088 dan Rp258.823.026.260.
On December 18, 2014, the Company entered into a loan agreement with PT Bank Rakyat
Indonesia Persero BRI, whereby the Company obtained an investment credit facility with a
maximum amount of Rp1,159,191,000,000. The period of loan is 108 months including grace
period of 36 months, commencing from December 18, 2014 to December 17, 2023. The
outstanding loan as of December 31, 2015 and 2014 amounted to Rp379,608,114,088 and
Rp258,823,026,260, respectively. Pada tahun 2014, pinjaman tersebut dijamin
dengan sebidang tanah seluas 7.332 m

Pinjaman ini dikenakan tingkat suku bunga efektif per tahun sebesar 12,00.
The loan bears interest at annual rates of 12.00. Perjanjian pinjaman mengharuskan Perusahaan
mempertahankan rasio keuangan tertentu antara lain Debt Equity Ratio tidak melebihi 100.
The loan agreement require the Company to maintain certain financial ratios, among others,
Debt Equity Ratio not more than 100.
