BAB III KERANGKA KONSEP PENELITIAN

Berdasarkan konsep dan hasil peneltian terdahulu sebagai acuan, penelitian ini mengem- bangkan konsep Keunggulan Kompetitif dalam perspektif Resources Based View, yang akankan analisis serta melakukan kajian komprehensif Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar, Kompetensi SDM, dan Territory management terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif guna terwujudnya Kinerja Organisasi di Perguruan Tinggi Nahdhatul Ulama di Indonesia.

Atas dasar model Keunggulan Kompetitif yang berkelanjutan dari Fahy,(2000) serta pen- jelasan kerangka konseptual dari hubungan antar Variabel pembentuk Keunggulan Kompetitif guna mencapai Kinerja Organisasi yang meliputi Variabel Orientasi Pasar, Kompetensi SDM, dan Territory management , maka dapat dibangun Model Penelitian pada Gambar 3.2. sebagai berikut:

Berawal dari konsep penelitian ini, dalam konteks penelitian sumberdaya strategis suatu Per- guruan Tinggi untuk mencapai kinerja organisasi yang diharapkan, masih sedikit dijumpai yang menggabungkan unsur Orientasi Pasar, Kompetensi Sumberdaya Manusia, dan Territory management dalam suatu kajian empirik yang representatif untuk mengungkap gambaran dan analisis hubungan dalam membentuk Keunggulan Kompetitif pada Perguruan Tinggi.
