V.5. Perhitungan Rate of Quality Products
Rate of quality products adalah rasio produk yang baik good products sesuai dengan spesifiksi kualitas produk yang telah ditentukan terhadap jumlah
total produk yang diproses. Dengan menggunakan data produksi pada tabel 5.4. yaitu Total Products Processed, Total Reject Weight dan Total Scrap Weight.
Dalam perhitungan rasio rate of quality products ini process amount adalah data total products processed dan defect amount adalah data total reject weight dan
data total scrap weight. Dengan memasukkan data produksi tersebut di atas ke dalam rumusan 3.7 maka didapat :
Rate of Quality Products = x 100
Maka diperoleh rasio rate of quality products Casting Machine – 01 sd Casting
Machine – 07 adalah sebagai berikut : a.
Rate of Quality Products Casting Machine - 01 periode Agustus 2006 -
Defect amount = Total Reject Weight + Total Scrap Weight kg
= 4.237 kg + 3.044 kg = 7.281 kg -
