The fair value of property investment as of December 31, 2014 and 2013 of the subsidiaries SP dan KIG amounted to Rp464,788,789 and Rp321,782,300 respectively, based on the valuation carried out at that date by Briskindo Konsultan SP and KJPP Guntur Eki Andri dan Rekan KIG, independent valuers. Beban penyusutan sebesar Rp9.050.380 dan Rp5.614.344 masing-masing untuk tahun 2014 dan 2013 dicatat sebagai beban pokok pendapatan. Depreciation expense amounting to Rp9,050,380 in 2014 and Rp5,614,344 in 2013 were recorded under cost of revenue. Penghasilan sewa properti investasi tahun 2014 dan 2013 masing-masing sebesar Rp26.218.150 dan Rp17.796.974. Rental income on investment properties in 2014 and 2013 amounted to Rp26,218,150 and Rp17,796,974, respectively.
