Pada berbagai tanggal di tahun 2003 sampai dengan 2010, entitas anak telah menandatangani beberapa Perjanjian Sewa Induk “MLA” dengan Telkom, dan beberapa kali mengalami perubahan dalam bentuk amandemen, mengenai pemanfaatan infrastruktur menara untuk penempatan peralatan telekomunikasi. On a number of dates in and between 2003 and 2010, the subsidiaries and Telkom signed a number of Master Lease Agreements “MLA”, as amended several times, regarding lease of telecommunication infrastructure space for installation of telecommunication equipment.
