1. Senior Loan Facility of US 50 million Continued
Fasilitas ini akan jatuh tempo dalam tiga puluh enam bulan setelah tanggal pencairan pinjaman. Perusahaan telah menarik seluruh fasilitas pinjaman ini. Pada tanggal 5 April 2013, Perusahaan telah melunasi seluruh pinjaman non-sindikasi dari Chinatrust Commercial Bank Co., Ltd cabang Taiwan dan The Standard Bank of South Africa Ltd Afrika Selatan. Saldo pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013 and 2012 masing -masing adalah nihil dan US 50.532.603. This facility was due in thirty six months from the drawdown date. The Company had fully utilized this loan. On 5 April 2013, the Company has settled all non-syndicated loan of Chinatrust Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Taiwan branch and The Standard Bank of South Africa Ltd South Africa. The outstanding balance as of 31 December 2013 and 2012 amounted to nil and US 50,532,603, respectively. 2. Fasilitas pinjaman Rupiah setara US 45 juta 2. Loan Facility in Rupiah equivalent to US 45 million Pada tanggal 15 Juni 2012, Perusahaan dan PT Bank UOB Indonesia menandatangani Fasilitas Perjanjian Pinjaman Rupiah yang setara dengan US 45.000.000. Pinjaman ini digunakan untuk mendanai pembelian menara telekomunikasi yang dilakukan oleh PT Solusi Menara Indonesia, entitas anak. Fasilitas ini dikenakan bunga sebesar Jakarta Inter Bank Offered Rate JIBOR ditambah marjin sebesar 4,00 per tahun. On 15 June 2012, the Company and PT Bank UOB Indonesia entered into a Rupiah Loan Facility Agreement with an IDR amount equivalent to US 45,000,000. This facility was used to finance the purchase of telecommunication towers by PT Solusi Menara Indonesia, a subsidiary. This facility bears an interest rate at Jakarta Inter Bank Offered Rate JIBOR plus a margin of 4.00 per year. Fasilitas ini akan jatuh tempo dalam dua belas bulan setelah tanggal pencairan pinjaman dengan opsi untuk perpanjangan hingga dua puluh empat bulan. Perusahaan telah menarik seluruh fasilitas pinjaman ini. Pinjaman ini telah dilunasi seluruhnya pada tanggal 4 April 2013. Saldo pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013 dan 2012 masing masing adalah nihil dan Rp 426.015 setara dengan US 45.000.000. This facility was due in twelve months from the drawdown date, and had an option to be extended. The Company had fully utilized this loan. This loan has been fully paid on 4 April 2013.
