Surat Keputusan No. AHU-43147.AH.01.02 Tahun 2010
tanggal 1 September 2010. Sampai dengan tanggal 18 Maret 2011, pengumuman dalam Lembaran
Berita Negara masih dalam proses. Persetujuan tersebut berlaku efektif dengan
terbitnya Peraturan Pemerintah No. 67 Tahun 2010 tanggal 4 Oktober 2010 tentang Perubahan
Struktur Kepemilikan Saham Negara Republik Indonesia melalui Penerbitan dan Penjualan
Saham Baru pada PT Krakatau Steel Persero Tbk dan
Keputusan Menteri
Keuangan No. 417KMK.06 2010 tanggal 6 Oktober 2010
sebagai tindak lanjut dari Peraturan Pemerintah No. 52 tahun 2002.

b. The increase in the Company‟s authorized
capital from Rp8,000,000 to Rp20,000,000. c.
The increase in the Company‟s issued and fully paid-in
capital from
Rp2,000,000 to
Rp5,000,000 through the following: i. Capitalization of retained earnings as of
June 30, 2010 amounting to Rp2,043,507. ii. Capitalization of net income for the six
months ended June 30, 2010 amounting to Rp956,493.
d. The change in nominal value of share from Rp1,000,000 full amount per share to
Rp500 full amount per share. e. The issuance of new shares at maximum of
30 from the total issued and fully paid-in share capital of the Company after the Initial
Public Offering “IPO” with a nominal value of Rp500 full amount per share to be
offered to public through an IPO, which already
included Management
and Employee Stock Allocation MESA and
Management and
Employee Stock
OptionMESOP.
f. The ownership programs on the Company‟s
stock by management and employees through MESA at maximum of 5 from the
total issuance of new shares and MESOP at maximum of 2 from the total issued and
fully paid-in share capital after the execution of the IPO.
The amendment deed was approved by the Ministry of Laws and Human Rights of the
Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. AHU-43147.AH.01.02 Year 2010 dated
September 1, 2010. Up to March 18, 2011, the publication in the State Gazette is still in process.
The approval has been effective with the issuance of the Government Regulation No. 67
Year 2010 dated October 4, 2010 about the Changes in Share Ownership Structure of the
Republic of Indonesia through the Issuance and Sale of New Shares of PT Krakatau Steel
Persero Tbk and the Ministry of Finance Decision No. 417KMK.062010 dated October 6,
2010 as a follow-up to the Government Regulation No. 52 year 2002.
