A. Kesimpulan

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa para orang tua dan guru memiliki kecemasan dan ketakutan terkait perilaku seksual pada anak. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena adanya pandangan bahwa seksualitas merupakan sebuah upaya untuk melanjutkan keturunan dan hanya orang yang dinilai sudah dewasa dan terikat dalam pernikahan sajalah yang pantas untuk terlibat di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, subjek menganggap keterlibatan anak-anak dalam hal seksual merupakan hal yang tidak normal, dan memberikan konsekuensi negatif. Kecemasan dan ketakutan orang tua dan guru berimbas pada terbentuknya persepsi negatif terhadap perilaku seksual anak. hal ini terlihat dari jawaban subjek yang turut menyertakan konsekuensi- konsekuensi negatif terkait perilaku seksual anak, alih-alih hanya diminta untuk memberikan perilakunya. Selain itu, subjek juga nampak menyebutkan emosi negatif terkait seksualitas dengan lebih bervariasi dibanding emosi positif.

B. Saran Penelitian

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ada, maka penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk meneliti perilaku seksual anak di Indonesia. Hal ini didasari oleh minimnya pengetahuan para orang tua dan guru mengenai perilaku seksual anak. Adanya penelitian terkait perilaku seksual anak di Indonesia diharapkan mampu mengurangi kecemasan dan ketakutan para orang tua dan guru, sehingga mengurangi resiko terjadinya kesalahan penanganan dan reaksi yang berlebihan terhadap anak. 62 DAFTAR PUSTAKA Abramson, P.R., Pinkerton, S.D. 1995.
