Dibagian produksi dryer area, stock preparation area memiliki kebisingan diatas NAB, yaitu 8,61 dan 87,5 dBA dan suhu dibagian tersebut berkisar suhu 29,9
C sampai 31,3
C. Menurut keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No. Kep.51MEN1999 kondisi tersebut telah melampaui ambang batas. Tenaga kerja di lingkungan panas
perlu proses aklimatisasi yaitu adaptasi suhu lingkungan panas. Bekerja dilingkungan panas dapat mempercepat kelelahan oleh karena tubuh kehilangan ion-ion melalui
keringat. Sedangkan Circadian Rhythm dari aspek psikologis dipengaruhi oleh faktor
lingkungan seperti terang, gelap, dan suhu lingkungan.
5.5. Keterbatasan Penelitian
Selama kegiatan penelitian, keterbatasan dalam penelitian antara lain, waktu pelaksanaan penelitian lebih kurang 3 bulan, sehingga sangat sulit untuk mendapat
data yang lengkap di perusahaan. Kecilnya jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian disebabkan sampel yang diambil hanya dibagian produksi saja. Sehingga
dapat mempengaruhi hasil penelitian. Peneliti menyadari bahwa penguasaan ilmu, teori dan tehnik belum memadai
sehingga penelitian ini banyak kekurangannya, hal lain adalah dikarenakan keterbatasan dana dan sarana yang peneliti miliki juga menyebabkan
ketidaksempurnaan penulisan Tesis ini.

BAB 6 KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
6.1 Kesimpulan
1. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebisingan terhadap kelelahan.
2. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pencahayaan terhadap kelelahan
3. Ada pengaruh yang bermakna antara kebisingan dan pencahayaan terhadap
kelelahan kerja, dan variabel kebisingan paling dominan mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja di pabrik Kertas Rokok PT PDM Indonesia.
6.2. Saran
1. Pada pekerja harus memakai alat pelindung diri Ear plug yang lunak dan
standar agar tenaga kerja tidak mengalami kelelahan. 2.
Pada pihak perusahaan perlu mempertahankan tingkat pencahayaan yang baik dan memadai sehingga akan mengurangi kelelahan kerja.
3. Pemberian waktu istirahat disaat bekerja akan terhindar dari kelelahan akibat
pekerjaan yang monoton bagi tenaga kerja.
