4.1.2 Penentuan Kandungan Lemak Padat SFC , MP dan IV.
Untuk mengetahui hasil hidrogenasi telah memenuhi spesifikasi coating fat maka perlu dilakukan analisa kandungan lemak padat SFC, titik leleh MP dan
bilangan yodium IV serta hubungan antara parameter analisa percobaan tersebut untuk reaksi hasil hidrogenasi parsial menggunakan katalis Ni dan gas hidrogen,
