A. Food Production, Brand and Product Quality

TPS Food represents a business division of the Company that produces processed foods, namely Basic Food and Consumer Food. This division carries out its production business segment through several subsidiaries of the Company: PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera, PT Poly Meditra Indonesia, PT Balaraja Bisco Paloma – the majority shareholder of PT Putra Taro Paloma, and PT Subafood Pangan Jaya. Table of product’s brand of the subsidiaries As a result of innovations implemented through various efforts in products development that was favoured by the customers, the Company has successfully achieved and maintained its position as the leader in the market of extruded snack and snack noodle for the brands of Mie Kremezz and Taro. In addition, the Company managed to secure the position of the Top 2 domestic producers in the product category of dried noodles and dried vermicelli, as well as in the product category of instant vermicelli. The Company is fully committed to producing safe and halal food products with the best quality. To that end, the Company continuously implemented Good Manufacturing Practices GMP, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point HACCP System, Halal Management System or Halal Assurance System SJH and Food Security Management System FSMS of ISO 22000:2005 in a consistent manner.

A. Produksi Makanan, Merek, dan Mutu Produk

TPS Food merupakan divisi usaha Perseroan yang memproduksi makanan olahan berupa Makanan Pokok Basic Food dan Makanan Konsumsi Consumer Food. Divisi ini menjalankan segmen usaha produksi makanan melalui beberapa anak perusahaan yang dimiliki Perseroan yaitu PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera, PT Poly Meditra Indonesia, PT Balaraja Bisco Paloma pemilik saham mayoritas PT Putra Taro Paloma dan PT Subafood Pangan Jaya. Selain itu, Perseroan juga berhasil menduduki Top 2 produsen di Indonesia dalam kategori produk mie kering dan bihun kering, juga kategori produk bihun instan. Perseroan senantiasa berkomitmen untuk menghasilkan produk pangan yang halal, aman dan dengan mutu yang terbaik. Untuk itu, Perseroan selalu menerapkan Good Manufacturing Practices GMP, Sistem Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point HACCP, Sistem Manajemen Halal atau Sistem Jaminan Halal SJH dan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Pangan SMKPFSMS ISO 22000:2005 secara konsisten. Pada 2015, sejumlah sertifikasi dan penghargaan berhasil diraih oleh TPS. Perusahaan meraih Sertifikat ISO 14001 : 2004 yang diterbitkan oleh Integrated Laboratory - IPB Environmental Management System Assurance ILEA-IPB dan Sertifikat OHSAS 18001: 2007 yang diterbitkan oleh URS United Registrar of Systems Certification. Kedua sertifikasi tersebut merupakan wujud peningkatan kualitas produk perusahaan. Selain itu, untuk kedua kalinya TPS kembali memenangkan SNI Award. Dengan mendapatkan SNI Award, Perusahaan telah diakui sebagai panutan penerapan SNI dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha. During 2015, TPS managed to achieve several certifications and awards. The Company received ISO 14001:2004 certificate issued by the Integrated Laboratory – IPB Environmental Management System Assurance ILEA-IPB, and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate issued by the United Registrar of Systems URS Certification. Both certificates are the manifestation of the Company’s efforts to lift its product qualities. Furthermore, this year, TPS won the SNI Award for the second time.
