Foreman Development Program. Program ini merupakan pelatihan jangka panjang dan terstruktur, baik kurikulum
maupun materinya, yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan calon foreman yang berkompeten di lingkungan produksi
beras. Para peserta merupakan hasil seleksi ketat dari puluhan kandidat, yang kemudian diikuti oleh 18 orang
terpilih. Program ini dimulai dengan pelatihan fisik dan mental
selama seminggu yang diselenggarakan di Cigombong Bogor. Program ini bertujuan untuk membentuk pribadi
yang tangguh dan kuat, sekaligus sebagai bentuk pelatihan bela negara yang telah didengungkan Pemerintah selama
ini. Selanjutnya, program dilakukan secara berkala setiap minggu dengan model in class training. Kurikulum
pelatihan dibuat secara komprehensif, meliputi 25 materi pelatihan seperti keselamatan kerja, kualitas produksi,
paket kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan lain-lain, dengan lokasi bergantian di
Pabrik IBU Cikarang dan Pabrik JSR Cikampek. Setelah pelatihan selesai, peserta berkompetisi melalui On
the Job Training dalam format penugasan improvement project hingga panel presentation. Program ini juga
didukung oleh para mentor yang mendampingi para peserta dalam perkembangan hariannya.
B. Learning Center Plantation
Selain TPS Academy, Perseroan juga memiliki Learning Center Plantation. Tugas dari wadah ini adalah memfasilitasi kegiatan
pembelajaran mulai dari training teknis hingga training soft skill, baik di kantor pusat maupun di unit plantation dan mill.
Guna mengoptimalkan SDM yang dimiliki, Learning Center Plantation secara rutin melaksanakan kegiatan Train the Trainer
khusus untuk pelatihan teknis operasional. Program. This program is a long-term and structured
training, both the curriculum and material, that is aimed to prepare future foreman that is competent in the field
of rice production. The candidates are the results of strict selection from dozens of candidates, from which 18 people
was chosen.
This program is begun with physical and mental training for a week that is organized in Cigombong, Bogor. This program
aimed to build a strong and tough character, as well as a form of state defense training that has been echoed by the
Government. Next, the program was conducted every week with in-class training method. Training curriculum was
made comprehensively, covering 25 training materials, for instance occupational safety, production quality, leadership
package, time management, employment regulation, and others, with alternating location in IBU Cikarang Factory
and JSR Cikampek Factory.
After the training is finished, the participants competed through On the Job Training in the form of improvement
project and presentation panel. This program was also supported by mentors that accompanied the participants in
daily development.
B. Learning Center Plantation
In addition to TPS Academy, the Company also owns Learning Center Plantation. The Center primarily facilitates learning
activities from technical trainings to soft-skill trainings held in head office and plantation and mill units. To optimize HR,
Plantation Learning Center regularly organizes Train the Trainer program for trainings in operations.

Selama 2015, TPS Palm Oil melalui Plantation Learning Center telah mengakomodasi pelaksanaan program magang
bagi mahasiswa dari beberapa lembaga pendidikan seperti Universitas Gajah Mada UGM - Yogyakarta, Institut Pertanian
Bogor, Universitas Bakrie - Jakarta dan Politeknik Kotabaru. Departemen SDM memberlakukan metode Ranting Komunikasi
guna memudahkan jalur komunikasi dari pucuk pimpinan tertinggi hingga ke lapisan paling bawah. Dalam metode
ini, informasi diturunkan dari ranting tertinggi ke ranting terendah sehingga seluruh lapisan karyawan mengetahui
segala informasi yang diperlukan. Penyebaran informasi diawali dengan sosialisasi misi dan target Perseroan kepada jajaran
manajemen. Manajemen bertanggung jawab meneruskan informasi dari hasil sosialisasi tersebut ke seluruh karyawan
dengan menggunakan teknik ranting komunikasi. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, Perseroan memahami
pentingnya penerapan teknologi dalam menunjang program dan kegiatan pengembangan SDM. Berkenaan hal tersebut,
Perseroan mulai membangun jaringan yang terintegrasi di semua bagian human capital yang disebut dengan Human
Resource Information System HRIS. Secara berkesinambungan, Perseroan terus mengembangkan HRIS seiring dengan tuntutan
ketersediaan SDM yang memiliki kompetensi tinggi guna menunjang kemajuan Perseroan.
SDM TPS Food
Keberagaman produk yang terus berinovasi menuntut Perseroan untuk menyediakan SDM yang kompeten. Selama
2015, untuk TPS Food, Departemen SDM menyelenggarakan beberapa pelatihan, antara lain:
1. Training pendalaman dan implementasi Gugus Kendali Mutu dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan semangat
inovasi karyawan; 2. Pelatihan K3 yaitu inclass training dan pelatihan DAMKAR
dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi penanggulangan bencana kebakaran;
3. Studi banding karyawan SPJ ke PTP dengan tujuan untuk mempelajari alur proses dan kinerja mesin e-series sehingga
dapat meningkatkan kompetensi teknis karyawan; 4. Outbond training ditujukan untuk melatih kedisiplinan, kerja
sama tim, kepemimpinan dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah; dan
5. Pelatihan Soft Skill dengan tema Initiative of Change dan Communication Skill.
Selain itu, mengacu pada program pengembangan SDM yang dicanangkan Perseroan, TPS Food juga menyelenggarakan
pelatihan pengembangan yang masuk dalam kategori Tiga Pilar During 2015, TPS Palm Oil through Plantation Learning Center
has accommodated the implementation of internship program for students from several education institutions, for instance
Gajah Mada University UGM - Yogyakarta, Bogor Agricultural University, Bakrie University - Jakarta, and Politeknik Kotabaru.
HR Department applies Communication Tree method to have convenient communication channel from top leaders
to employees and workers. In this method, information is disseminated from the top to lowest branch, therefore
ensuring that all levels of employees acquire the information. Information dissemination process starts with the Company’s
mission and target dissemination to the Management, and the Management is responsible to communicate the information to
all employees using the Tree method.
In line with technology advancements, the Company understands the importance of technology in supporting
programs and development activities of HR. With respect to this, the Company has started to build an integrated network
where all elements of human capital are connected with Human Resource Information System HRIS. The Company
continuously enhances HRIS to meet demands of HR with high competence in order to support the Company’s progress.
TPS Food HR
The diversity of products that keeps innovating requires the Company to provide competent HR. Throughout 2015, HR
Department organized trainings for TPS Food, namely: 1. Understanding and implementation of Quality Control Circle
Training to increase the employees’ spirit of innovation. 2. K3 Training, namely inclass training and DAMKAR practice
to enhance the competence of fire prevention; 3. Employees’ comparative study from SPJ to PTP to learn the
flow of process and performance of e-series machine, thus improving employees’ technical competence;
4. Outbound training, to train discipline, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving ability; and
5. Soft Skill Training, with the theme of Initiative of Change and Communication Skill.
Moreover, in line with the Company’s HR development program, TPS Food also conducts training programs under Three Pillar
Basic Training, namely: 5R Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin,

Basic Training diantaranya: 5R Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin, HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, GMP

SDM TPS Rice
TPS Rice berkomitmen membekali SDM nya dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan sesuai dengan kebutuhan
tugas dan tanggung jawab personel. Selama 2015, TPS Rice menyelenggarakan pelatihan SDM mencakup antara lain:
1. Pelatihan Implementasi Panitia pengawas Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja P2K3 dan Health, Safety and Environment
HSE Induction; 2. Pelatihan terkait praktik K3, antara lain:
• Pelatihan Pesawat Angkat Angkut terkait keselamatan kerja operator loader dan forklift;
• Pelatihan Emergency Response Team ERT; • Pelatihan penggunaan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan

TPS Rice HR
TPS Rice is committed to equip its HR with skills and knowledge that are appropriate with personnel’s roles and responsibilities.
During 2015, TPS Rice organized the following HR trainings: 1.
Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Supervising Team P2K3 and Health, Safety and
Environment HSE Induction trainings; 2. Training related to K3 practice, namely:
• Crane training related to occupational safety of operator loader and forklift;
• Emergency Response Team ERT training; • Lightweight Fire Extinguisher APAR utilization training;
• Safety Health Environment Induction training; and • Personnel hygiene training.

5. Pelatihan mengenai sistem keamanan pangan HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
6. Pelatihan mengenai sistem manajemen keselamatan pangan terkait audit surveilance ISO 22000:2005 oleh LS-
LT IPB Perseroan juga berkomitmen untuk menyediakan instrumen
pelatihan pendukung lainnya bagi karyawan. Secara aktif, Perseroan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang dapat
menunjang karyawan dalam mengembangkan potensinya.
SDM TPS Palm Oil
Pengembangan SDM di bawah naungan TPS Palm Oil dlakukan dengan konsisten melalui berbagai pelatihan pembekalan
terhadap seluruh karyawan baik soft skill maupun hard skill. Pelatihan untuk peningkatan soft skill ditekankan pada
pembentukan karakter karyawan yang sesuai dengan nilai- nilai Perseroan. Dalam kegiatan ini mencakup sosialisasi terkait
dengan tanggung jawab karyawan serta materi soft skill lain yang menunjang operasional fungsi pekerjaan. Peningkatan
kemampuan teknishard skill dilakukan melalui Technical Training yang diselenggarakan secara berkesinambungan dan
dipandu oleh trainer internal maupun eksternal. Selama 2015, program pengembangan SDM yang dilakukan
TPS Palm Oil adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Field Admin Cadet program
Program ini merupakan program pengembangan karier yang bersumber dari sarjana Fresh Graduate, yakni Field
Admin Cadet. Program ini dirancang dalam rangka mempersiapkan kader-kader pimpinan di kebun yang
dimulai kariernya sebagai Asisten Lapangan dan Kepala Tata Usaha. Tahapan program pelatihan ini meliputi;
tahapan pendidikan dasar pembinaan mental dan fisik, In Class Training, Field orientation, dan On the Job Training.
2. Sosialisasi Budaya Kebun Nilai-nilai budaya kebun terdiri dari etika dalam tugas, etika
dalam pengembangan diri, etika dalam kepemimpinan, etika dalam kehidupan dan perencanaan kerja.
3. Sosialisasi arahan CEO dalam Annual Meeting 2015. • GKM introduction and training, including GKM
implementation methods; and • Training concerning GMP Good Manufacturing
Practices. 5. Training concerning food safety system of HACCP Hazard
Analysis Critical Control Point. 6.
Training concerning food safety management system relating to audit surveillance ISO 22000:2005 by LS-LT IPB.
The Company is also committed to providing other supporting training instruments for employees. The Company actively
provides facilities that can support employees in developing their potentials.
TPS Palm Oil HR
TPS Palm Oil consistently carries out HR development programs through various training classes for all employees, covering
both soft skill and hard skill set. Soft-skill training programs are emphasized on building the characters of employees
that conform with Company’s values. The activities include socialization sessions concerning employee responsibilities and
other soft-skill related topics to support operations. Meanwhile, hard-skill enhancement is achieved through Technical Training
programs that are conducted continuously and guided by internal and external trainers.
HR development program during 2015 organized by TPS Palm Oil are as follows:
1. Field Admin Cadet program This program is a career development program sourced
from Fresh Graduate bachelor, namely Field Admin Cadet. This program is designed to prepare leadership cadres in
farms that started their career as Field Assistant and Head of Administration. The phase of this program covers: basic
education of mental and physical development, In Class Training, Field orientation, and On the Job Training.
2. Farm Culture Dissemination Values of farm culture consist of ethics in duties, ethics in
self-development, ethics in leadership, ethics in life and work plan.
3. Dissemination of CEO direction in 2015 Annual Meeting.

4. Lingkaran pagi. Kegiatan ini rutin dilaksanakan setiap hari yang ditujukan
untuk memberikan pengarahan kerja kepada para karyawan sehingga apa yang dikerjakan dapat sesuai dengan target
Perusahaan. 5. Konsultasi Peraturan Perusahan untuk diajukan pengesahan
kepada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan. Saat ini, PP tersebut telah disahkan oleh Dinas Ketenagakerjaan.
6. Penyusunan job description dan sosialisasi analisis beban kerja
Penyusunan uraian tugas dan tanggung jawab job description dan sosialisasi analisa beban kerja dilaksanakan
untuk memastikan peran dan tanggung jawab karyawan bersinergi dengan tujuan perusahaan.
7. Pelatihan Train of Trainers TOT Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan akan lahir para trainer
yang siap membagikan keterampilan dan ilmu pengetahuan sehingga akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kompetensi
karyawan. 8. Pengenalan dan Pelatihan Gugus Kendali Mutu GKM
Melalui pelatihan ini muncullah dua GKM dari TPS Palm Oil yaitu GKM Ripple Mill dan GKM Estate Lontar 2.
9. Pelatihan perawatan TBM Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan rutin setiap 2 bulan sekali
ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mandor.
10. Pelatihan simulasi Pemadaman Kebakaran Damkar Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih karyawan dalam
penggunaan peralatan Damkar.
Prioritas Pengendalian Mutu
Seiring dengan perkembangan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks, standar kualitasmutu merupakan sebuah tuntutan
pasar yang harus mampu dipenuhi oleh Perseroan. Tidak hanya pada produk, standar mutu juga mencakup proses
produksi dan pengelolaan sebuah perusahaan. Perseroan berkomitmen meningkatkan kemampuan SDM dalam
melakukan peningkatan mutu pada setiap proses kerja melalui kegiatan Gugus Kendali Mutu GKM.
GKM merupakan suatu sistem peningkatan kualitas kinerja karyawan yang terbukti memberikan manfaat lebih bagi
Perseroan dan karyawan. Bagi karyawan, manfaat tersebut 4. Morning Circle.
This activity is implemented everyday to give working direction to employees, thus what have been done
corresponds with the Company’s target.
5. Company Regulation Consultation to be proposed to Employment Office to obtain validation. Currently, the
Company Regulation has been validated by Employment Office.
6. Job description drafting and work expense analysis dissemination
Job description drafting and work expense analysis dissemination are implemented to ensure roles and
responsibilities of employees that are synergized to the Company’s objective.
7. Train of Trainers TOT training This training is expected to create trainer that is ready
to share skill and knowledge, thus boosting employees’ competence.
8. Introduction and Training of Quality Control Circle GKM This training earns two GKM from TPS Palm Oil, namely
GKM Ripple Mill and GKM Estate Lontar 2. 9. TBM maintenance training
This training is implemented every two months to improve skill and knowledge of foreman.
10. Fire Extinguishing simulation practice DamKar This activity is intended to train employees in using fire
extinguisher.
Quality Control Priority
With increasing complex market, quality standard has become one of the key market demands that the Company needs to
meet. Not only in terms of products, quality standard also covers production and management processes in a company.
For this purpose, through the Quality Control Circle GKM, the Company is committed to improve the capacity of its personnel
to perform quality control at all work stages.
GKM is an employee performance quality improvement system that proves to give more benefit to the Company and employees.
For employees, the benefits are reflected in capability of each

tercermin dalam kemampuan masing-masing individu yang dapat menemukan dan memecahkan masalah, kemampuan
analisis masalah yang belum diperhatikan orang lain, kemampuan analisis masalah dengan menggunakan metode
–metode statistik yang praktis dan teknik-teknik pengendalian kualitas, serta mendorong peningkatan kreativitas. Sedangkan
bagi Perseroan, GKM menjadi sarana peningkatan produktivitas, kuantitas, dan kualitas produkjasa. Secara tidak langsung, GKM
juga dapat membangkitkan semangat dan mengembangkan rasa memiliki dan bertanggung jawab bagi seluruh karyawan.
Pada 2015, di pabrik IBU, Perseroan menyelenggarakan Konvensi ke-II GKM Region 1 dengan tema “Sinergi dan
Transformasi Pemikiran dan Tindakan Kita Dalam GKM Mendorong Kinerja Perusahaan Menjadi Optimal”. Perseroan
juga menyelenggarakan Konvensi ke-XI GKM Region 2 di TPS Grompol dengan tema “Menaikkan Kapasitas Produksi MAEE
dengan Perbaikan Kualitas Masakan Mie”. Kemudian pemenang Konvensi ke-II GKM Region 1, pemenang Konvensi ke-XI GKM
Region 2, dan perwakilan GKM TPS Palm Oil, dipertemukan dalam Konvensi Nasional yang diselenggarakan di pabrik TPS
dengan mengambil tema “Sinergi dan Transformasi Pemikiran dan Tindakan Kita Dalam GKM untuk Mengoptimalkan Kinerja
Perusahaan”. Pada November 2015, GKM Penangkal Petir dari PT Jatisari
Srirejeki dan GKM Manise dari PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera meraih Gold di Konvensi TKMPN XIX di Yogyakarta yang
diselenggarakan oleh PT Wahana Kendali Mutu. Di saat yang sama, GKM Kapal dari PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera juga meraih
GOLD di Konvensi Gugus Kendali Mutu Provinsi Jawa Tengah 2015 yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa
Tengah Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Kependudukan Balai Pengembangan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja.
Rencana Program Pengembangan SDM Tahun 2016
Guna mempersiapkan SDM yang handal dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan kedepan, memasuki tahun 2016 Perseroan
telah menyusun berbagai program pengembangan karyawan. Rencana program pengembangan SDM untuk tahun 2016
sebagai berikut: 1. Melengkapi kebutuhan organisasi dengan kegiatan Talent
Acquisition, Development Program, Retention Program dan Succession Planning yang terjadwal dan terukur;
2. Menjalankan Organizational Development untuk kualifikasi dan klasifikasi karyawan terkait upaya keselarasan program
pengembangan karier karyawan antar divisi bisnis; individual that can found and solve problems, capability to
analyze problem that has not been noted by others, capability to analyze problem by using practical statistics methods and quality
control techniques, and to encourage creativity improvement. Meanwhile, for the Company GKM functions as productivity,
quantity, and productsservices quality improvement facilities. Indirectly, GKM also able to encourage and develop sense of
belonging and responsibility to all employees.
In 2015, the Company held the second GKM Region 1 Convention in IBU factory with the theme of “Synergy and
Transformation of Our Mind and Action in GKM Encourage the Company’s Performance to be Optimum”. The Company also
held the eleventh GKM Region 2 Convention in TPS Grompol with the theme of “Increasing MAEE Production Capacity by
Improving the Quality of Noodle Dishes”. The winner of the second GKM Region 1 Convention, the winner of the eleventh
GKM Region 2 Convention, and the representation of GKM TPS Palm Oil, were brought together in National Convention
organized in TPS factory with the theme of “Synergy and Transformation of Our Mind and Action in GKM to Optimize
the Company’s Performance”. In November 2015, GKM Penangkal Petir from PT Jatisari
Srirejeki and GKM Manise from PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera received Gold in TKMPN XIX Convention in Yogyakarta organized by
PT Wahana Kendali Mutu. At the same time, GKM Kapal from PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera also received GOLD in 2015 Central Java
Quality Control Circle Convention organized by Manpower Office, Transmigration, and Population, Manpower Productivity
Development Office, the Government of Central Java Province.
Plan of HR Development Program in 2016
To prepare reliable Human Resources in facing various challenges in the future, the Company has prepared various
employee development programs. Plans of HR development program for 2016 are as follows:
1. Complete organizational needs with scheduled and appropriate Talent Acquisition, Development Program,
Retention program and Succession Planning activities; 2. Implement Organizational Development for employee
qualification and classification related with the conformity of the employees’ career development program between
business divisions;

3. Menerapkan program pengukuran kinerja karyawan secara lebih obyektif dengan implementasi Key Performance
Indicator di seluruh bagian; 4. Program HTI Human Resources Information System Tiga
Pilar sebagai upaya untuk menjalankan implementasi standar operating procedure HR secara praktis dan
employee self services melalui Intranet; 5. Stakeholder Engagement dengan TPS Website TPS Cloud
sebagai media komunikasi antar karyawan. 6.
Mentoring Program dalam mempercepat induksi pembentukan budaya kerja dan implementasi program
kerja; 7. Implementasi program dan kurikulum TPS Academy serta
mulai membangun pola e-learning untuk pengembangan kepemimpinan dan budaya Perseroan;
8. Menjalankan standar remunerasi sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan ketentuan yang berlaku serta
dengan mekanisme dan pola yang kompetitif dalam mendukung program kelengkapan kebutuhan organisasi;
9. Implementasi Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan sesuai ketentuan
pemerintah; dan 10. Program Employee Engagement melalui kegiatan-kegiatan
kebersamaan antara lain : Annual Meeting perusahaan dengan tema-tema tertentu, CEO Meet Talk, Buka Puasa

Information Technology
Penerapan sistem Teknologi Informasi TI terkini memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi proses bisnis. Dengan dukungan
implementasi sistem TI, seluruh proses bisnis Perseroan dapat berlangsung secara sistematis, efisien, cepat, dan akurat
sehingga pada akhirnya dapat mengakselerasi peningkatan daya saing Perseroan. Dalam prosesnya, Perseroan terus
mengembangkan sistem TI yang berkesinambungan guna mewujudkan visi dan misi dalam jangka panjang.
Pengembangan Sistem TI pada 2015
Beberapa program pengembangan sistem TI pada 2015 berfokus pada bidang pengembangan aplikasi bisnis dan
analytic dashboard tool sehingga sistem aplikasi yang digunakan memberikan percepatan penyelesaian pekerjaan
administrasi dan pelaporannya. Departemen TI secara aktif melakukan evaluasi dan mensinergikan perangkat lunak
Enterprise Resources Planning ERP yang sudah berjalan agar dapat mendukung langkah-langkah ekspansi Perseroan.
Pada 2015, Departemen TI melanjutkan proses standardisasi business process pada TPS Rice dan TPS Food sebagai
landasan atas upaya konsolidasi data yang ditargetkan dapat diimplementasikan pada 2016. Kedepannya, konsolidasi data

continues to develop a sustainable IT system to realize the vision and mission in the long term.
IT System Development in 2015
Several IT system development programs in 2015 was emphasized on the field of business application development
and analytic dashboard tool, thus application system in use gives acceleration to administrative job accomplishment and
the reporting. IT Department actively evaluates and synergizes Enterprise Resources Planning ERP software that has been
running to support the Company’s expansion programs.
In 2015, IT Department continued the business process standardization in TPS Rice and TPS Food as a basis of effort
of data consolidation that is targeted to be implemented in 2016. Going forward, data consolidation in subsidiaries will

anak usaha akan dikembangkan melalui sistem data warehouse sehingga memudahkan proses pengembangan BI dashboard
sebagai instrument pendukung keputusan decision support tool untuk Direksi.
Sepanjang 2015, pengadaan Personal ComputerDesktop dan Laptop dilakukan melalui mekanisme rental yang dibebankan
pada biaya operasional sehingga dapat meringankan arus kas Perusahaan. Selain itu, beberapa program pengembangan
sistem TI yang dilakukan oleh Departemen TI adalah : • Melakukan enhancement pada sistem SAP sesuai dengan
perubahan Standard Operating Procedure SOP yang disetujui oleh manajemen;
• Pengembangan sistem dashboard pada TPS Rice dan TPS Palm Oil untuk mendukung integrasi data dari masing-
masing departemen; • Migrasi sistem IFS versi 7.5 ke versi terbaru IFS 9.0 yang
akan mempercepat sistem administrasi manufaktur dan korporasi berbasis web guna mendukung proses approval
melalui mobile phone atau tablet; • Sentralisasi aplikasi perusahaan dibawah TPS Food ke
dalam satu data center dan satu aplikasi yang memudahkan kolaborasi semua unit usaha TPS Food. Dalam hal ini, data
center TPS di Solo akan terkoneksi dengan data center di Jakarta; dan
• Pengembangan corporate intranet sebagai fasilitas untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaru mengenai perkembangan
korporasi dan work flow approval sebagai fasilitas internal berbasis web, seperti pengajuan cuti online, pengajuan
biaya travelling dan reimbursement, serta beberapa fungsi layanan IT lainnya yang bisa diakses oleh karyawan secara
terbatas melalui jaringan intranet Perusahaan.
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia TI
Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia SDM yang andal sebagai aset yang penting untuk menunjang operasional bisnis dalam
bidang sistem informasi. Untuk itu, Perseroan melakukan proses perekrutan SDM Sistem Informasi melalui seleksi yang
ketat dan kompetitif guna memastikan calon karyawan yang direkrut memiliki level kompetensi sesuai dengan standar yang
sudah ditetapkan. Secara berkala, Perseroan juga melakukan pelatihan eksternal
maupun internal, baik dalam area teknis maupun non-teknis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi setiap individu sesuai dengan
arah pengembangan sistem di lingkungan Perseroan. SDM TI diharapkan mampu membuat perencanaan strategis
dan memperbaharui sistem TI, serta menyempurnakan alur proses bisnis sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

Throughout 2015, Personal ComputerDesktop and Laptop procurement was conducted through rental mechanism that was
imposed on operational cost, thus will alleviate the Company’s cash flows. In addition, several IT system development program
that have been performed by IT Department are among others: • SAP system enhancement in accordance with change
in Standard Operating Procedure SOP that has been approved by the management;
• Dashboard system development in TPS Rice and TPS Palm Oil to support data integration from each department;
• IFS version 7.5 system upgrade to the latest IFS 9.0 that will accelerate manufacture administration system and web-
based corporation to support approval process via mobile phone or tablet;
• The Company’s application centralization under TPS Food to one data center and one application that facilitates
collaboration of all business units of TPS Food. In this case, data center of TPS in Solo will be connected to data center
in Jakarta; and • Corporate intranet development as a facility to provide the
latest services on corporate development and work flow approval as a web-based internal facility, for instance online
leave proposal, traveling and reimbursement cost proposal, and other IT services functions that can be accessed by
employees limitedly through the Company’s intranet networks.
IT Human Resources Development
Reliable Human Resources HR is an important asset to support business operational in the field of information system.
Therefore, the Company recruits Information Technology IT HR through a tight and competitive selection to ensure the
recruited employee candidate has the competence level in accordance with the determined standard.
Periodically, the Company also organizes external and internal training, both in technical and non-technical areas to boost the
competence of each individual in accordance with the direction of system development within the Company.
IT HR is expected to have capability in making strategic planning and to update the IT system, and improve the flow of business
process in accordance with the current development.

Departemen TI bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya dalam menyediakan berbagai solusi Teknologi Informasi yang
mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis Perseroan. Meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis melalui aplikasi perangkat Teknologi
Informasi merupakan tugas utama Departemen TI dalam tubuh Perseroan. Memasuki 2016, Departemen TI telah menyusun
strategi dan rencana kegiatan yang telah disesuaikan dengan rencana bisnis Perseroan sebagai berikut:
• Mengembangkan layanan TI untuk work flow approval yang dapat diakses oleh karyawan dimana pun tanpa
melalui jaringan LAN office sehingga lebih fleksibel dalam layanannya;
• Membangun server cloud untuk document sharing guna memudahkan Head of Division untuk membagikan data dan
informasi kepada lingkup pengguna dalam organisasinya termasuk apabila dibutuhkan oleh pihak eksternal, seperti
external auditor, marketing agency, dan lain-lain; • Merencanakan implementasi Sales Force Automation
SFA sebagai bagian dari program penting perusahaan guna meningkatkan penjualan produk perusahaan secara
online melalui aplikasi penjualan yang berjalan di platform smartphone dan tablet;
• Melanjutkan proses standardisasi business process sistem ERP pada TPS Rice dan TPS Food agar sinkronisasi
data dan proses data cleansing dapat memudahkan rencana konsolidasi, meningkatkan efisiensi waktu,
mengurangi jumlah tenaga yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pengerjaannya, serta akurasi data yang dikonsolidasi dapat
dipertanggungjawabkan; dan • Melanjutkan pengembangan BI dashboard untuk TPS Palm
Oil.
IT Plan for the Future
IT Department is fully responsible for providing various Information Technology solutions that supports the Company’s
business growth. Improving the efficiency of business process is the main duty of IT Department within the Company. In
entering 2016, the IT Department has prepared strategy and plan that has been adjusted to the Company’s business plan,
namely: • Developing IT services for work flow approval that can
be accessed by employees anywhere without office LAN network, thus provides a more flexible service;
• Building cloud server for document sharing to facilitate the Head of Division to share data and information to users
in the organization, including if the data are needed by external parties, such as external auditor, marketing agency,
and others; • Planning Sales Force Automation SFA implementation
as apart of important program to increase the Company’s products sales via sales application in platforms such as
smartphone and tablet; • Continuing business process standardization of ERP system
in TPS Rice and TPS Food, thus data synchronization and cleansing data process can facilitate consolidation plan,
improving time efficiency, reducing total power required for the process, and the accuracy of the consolidated data
can be accounted; and • Continuing BI dashboard development for TPS Palm Oil.

TINJAUAN MAKROEKONOMI
Pada 2015, laporan tinjauan kebijakan moneter Bank Indonesia menyebutkan bahwa pemulihan ekonomi global masih
terbatas, sementara tekanan di pasar keuangan global sudah mulai mereda. Terbatasnya pemulihan ekonomi global tersebut
terutama bersumber dari masih terbatasnya pertumbuhan ekonomi emerging markets. Pemulihan ekonomi global yang
masih terbatas berdampak pada harga komoditas internasional yang menurun. Sejalan dengan penundaan kenaikan Fed Fund
Rate FFR, tekanan di pasar keuangan global mulai mereda, hal ini mendorong arus modal portofolio asing ke emerging
markets, termasuk Indonesia. Pada 2015, Badan Pusat Statistik mencatat pertumbuhan
ekonomi Indonesia sebesar 4,79 Meskipun lebih rendah dari tahun sebelumnya, pertumbuhan ekonomi terutama
didukung oleh akselerasi investasi pemerintah, sejalan dengan meningkatnya realisasi belanja modal pemerintah. Sementara
itu, investasi swasta masih relatif terbatas, namun mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan rangkaian paket kebijakan
pemerintah. Indikator konsumsi, seperti penjualan eceran dan tingkat keyakinan konsumen mulai menunjukkan tanda-tanda
perbaikan.
Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, perbaikan kondisi ekonomi dalam negeri diperkirakan akan berlangsung secara gradual
seiring dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia yang belum secepat perkiraan. Konsistensi pemerintah dalam mendorong
reformasi struktural melalui berbagai paket kebijakan ekonomi mendorong perekonomian ke arah yang lebih baik termasuk
dalam industri makanan dan minuman. Di sisi lain, tingkat inflasi hingga Desember 2015 tercatat
sebesar 3,35 yoy. Perkembangan inflasi sepanjang 2015 relatif terjaga dan memiliki stabilitas harga yang terkendali.
Industri makanan dan minuman pada umumnya menjadi faktor dominan penyebab inflasi. Pusat Kebijakan Perdagangan
Dalam Negeri Puska PDN Kementerian Perdagangan RI merilis data bahwa hingga 2050 akan terjadi gap yang semakin
besar antara permintaan dan penawaran untuk beberapa komoditas pangan dimana permintaan lebih besar daripada
penawaran. Kondisi ini akan memunculkan efek inflasi dan tingginya importasi pangan. Dalam perspektif positif, kondisi
ini menunjukkan tingginya permintaan pasar.
MACROECONOMIC OVERVIEw
The report on the overview of monetary policy of Bank Indonesia for 2015 stated that the global economic recovery was limited
despite the ease of pressure in global financial market. Such limited recovery of the world’s economy was contributed by
several factors; one of which was the limited economic growth of many emerging markets. This recovery also further impacted
on the declining price of global commodities. In line with the delay in the plan to increase the Fed Fund Rate FFR, pressure
on global financial market began to lift, encouraging the capital inflow of foreign portfolio to various emerging market,
including Indonesia. In 2015, Statistics Indonesia recorded the nation’s growth at
the rate of 4.79. In spite of the fact that this growth was lower than that of the previous year, domestic economic
growth this year was supported by the acceleration in many government investment projects that were in line with the
rising government’s capital expenditure realization. Meanwhile, investment activities from private sector remained relatively
limited; yet, continuously grew due to the government economic stimulus packages issued throughout the year. Fortunately,
consumption indicators, such as retail and consumer confidence index, began to signal a recovery.
In line with these issues, the domestic economic recovery was predicted to take place gradually along with the recovery of
global economy that was not as fast as the estimated rate. The government’s consistency in driving structural reformation
through various economic stimulus packages was believed to spur the nation’s economy to a better performance, including
the food and beverage industry. On another front, the nation’s inflation rate by December 2015
reached 3.35 yoy. However, the development of inflation rate in 2015 was able to be relatively maintained, while prices
could be controlled and remained stable as well. The food and beverage industry generally became one of the dominant
factors that contributed to the rising inflation. The Center for Domestic Trade Policy Pusat Kebijakan Perdagangan Dalam
Negeri – Puska PDN of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia had released data stating that by 2050, there would
be an enormous gap between demands and offers for several food commodities where the demands would be greater than
offers. This condition certainly would create inflation and significantly elevating food import activities. Nevertheless,
observing from positive point of view, such condition also demonstrated the high market demands.

Indonesia memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk mampu memproduksi pangan yang berlimpah, mengingat Indonesia
memiliki kekayaan bahan baku pangan yang sangat besar. Sayangnya, pengembangan industri makanan dan minuman
modern kurang mendapat perhatian dari pelaku usaha nasional. Sementara itu, industri pangan secara langsung bersentuhan
dengan kebutuhan dasar manusia. Perseroan hadir atas dasar komitmen untuk memberikan
kualitas produksi yang lebih baik bagi berbagai produk dalam industri yang berhubungan dengan makanan. Bahkan, dengan
gagasan agar produk pangan Indonesia dapat mewarnai pasar dunia. Produk-produk Perseroan telah diterima pasar pangan
dengan baik. Perseroan secara gencar melakukan perluasan jaringan distribusi, sehingga produk-produk Perseroan dengan
mudah ditemukan di pelosok kota di Indonesia, yang mana per 31 Desember 2015 telah mencapai 152 kota. Perseroan
juga menambah kapasitas produksi demi merespon kenaikan permintaan akibat pertumbuhan ekonomi menengah.
Perseroan optimis upaya pemulihan ekonomi global yang saat ini mulai menampakkan hasilnya, serta didukung oleh besarnya
peluang pasar di masa yang akan datang, pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha Perseroan.
TINJAUAN OPERASI PER SEGMEN USAHA
Pada setiap tahapan produksi dan aktivitasnya, TPSF selalu berorientasi pada nilai kualitas dan keterjangkauan produk-
produk bagi masyarakat. Perseroan senantiasa memastikan bahwa keseluruhan fasilitas dan alur proses produksi terintegrasi
dengan baik, serta semua unit produksi ditunjang sentuhan teknologi yang modern untuk memastikan tercapainya tingkat
efisiensi produktivitas yang tinggi. Hingga kini, TPSF telah mengembangkan berbagai produk yang disukai konsumen.
Melalui tiga divisi usaha yang terdiri dari TPS Food, TPS Rice, dan TPS Palm Oil, sepanjang 2015 Perseroan berupaya
mempertahankan kualitas produk, melakukan peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan penetrasi pasar, serta mencatat
pertumbuhan penjualan. Hal ini dicapai melalui peningkatan jaringan distribusi yang merata, pengembangan merek, SDM
yang kompeten serta inovasi produk yang menekankan unique selling values dan bermarjin tinggi.
Indonesia has a great potential to produce food in large quantity due to its remarkable wealth in natural resources and
food material. Unfortunately, the advanced development of food and beverage industry was lacking in attention from many
domestic business players. On the other hand, it is a known fact that food industry has a direct effect on the basic needs
of humanity. Thus, the Company is present on the basis of commitment to
providing better production quality on various products in the food-related industry, and even with a scheme to leverage the
nation’s food product into the global market. The Company’s products have been well accepted by the domestic market due
to the relentless hard work to expand its distribution network. Hence, the products can be easily found in various cities all over
Indonesia, which, as of December 31, 2015, have reached 152 cities. The Company also continuously increases its production
capacity to respond to the rising demands from the growing middle class society.
The Company is optimistic that the current global economic recovery, which began to show positive results, and the large
market opportunities potential in the future, will certainly create positive impact on the company’s performance growth
in the upcoming years.
OPERATIONAL OVERVIEw PER BUSINESS SEGMENT
In every stage of productions and operational activities, TPSF always orients itself to the quality and affordability of products
for the sake of the public. The Company constantly ensures that the entire production facilities and workflows have been
properly integrated, and all production units are supported by the state-of-art technology in order to ensure the achievement
of higher rate of efficient productivity. Until now, TPSF has developed various products that are well-liked by its consumers.
Through three business divisions, namely TPS Food, TPS Rice and TPS Palm Oil, in 2015 the Company managed to maintain
its product quality, improved production capacity and market penetration and recorded sales growth. This positive growth
can be achieved due to the improvement of distribution network, brand development, HR competency development
and product innovations that prioritize unique selling values and high margin.
