Selamat datang pada Laporan Tahunan 2015 PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk “Boundless Innovation, Focused Improvement”. Tema tersebut dipilih berdasarkan kajian dan fakta dari perkembangan bisnis Perseroan pada 2015 serta masa depan keberlanjutan bisnis Perseroan.

Tujuan utama penyusunan Laporan Tahunan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi Perseroan kepada otoritas terkait serta menjadi buku tahunan yang turut membangun rasa bangga dan solidaritas di antara karyawan.

Laporan Tahunan 2015 PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk menjadi sumber dokumentasi komprehensif yang berisikan informasi kinerja Perseroan dalam setahun. Informasi tersebut memuat dokumentasi lengkap yang menggambarkan profil Perseroan; kinerja operasional, pemasaran, dan keuangan; informasi tentang tugas, peran, dan fungsi struktural organisasi Perusahaan yang menerapkan konsep best practices dan prinsip-prinsip corporate governance.

Selain itu, Laporan Tahunan ini juga bertujuan untuk membangun pemahaman dan kepercayaan tentang Perseroan dengan menyediakan informasi yang tepat, seimbang, dan relevan. Para pemegang saham serta seluruh pemangku kepentingan lainnya dapat memperoleh informasi yang memadai terkait kebijakan yang telah dan akan dilakukan serta kesuksesan pencapaian Perseroan pada 2015.

Welcome to the 2015 Annual Report of PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk “Boundless Innovation, Focused Improvement”. The theme is chosen based on in-depth analysis and study on the facts and development of the Company’s business in 2015 and its business sustainability in the future.

This Annual Report is mainly drawn up to improve the transparency compliance of the Company and each instrument within to the competent authority. It also serves as a year book that builds sense of pride and solidarity among employees.

The 2015 Annual Report of PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk is a source of comprehensive documentation which covers the Company’s performance during the year. The information contains complete documentation that describes the Company’s profile, operational, marketing, and financial performances; as well as information on the duty, role, and structural function of the Company’s organization that embodies the concept of best practices and the principles of good corporate governance.

In addition, the Annual Report aims to develop shared understanding and credibility of the Company by providing accurate, balanced, and relevant information. All shareholders and stakeholders can obtain adequate information related to the policies that have been implemented and will be implemented in the future as well as the Company’s achievement in 2015.

Dalam Laporan Tahunan ini juga memuat kata TPS Food yang yang merujuk pada Divisi Makanan, TPS Rice yang merujuk pada Divisi Beras, serta TPS Palm Oil yang merujuk pada Divisi Kelapa Sawit.

Amidst the declining economy of global and national scales, domestic food and drinks industry is capable to survive and continue to provide contribution to national economic growth. This condition is related with Indonesia’s demographic condition as a country with the 4th largest population in the

world and high middle class growth. As a potential market target, the promising potential of this industry opens up for vast opportunities for business development and investments.

Within the last few years, in line with business transformation process implemented since 2009, TPSF has developed through the combination of acquisition and internal development pattern. With the commitment to continuously improve Company values over time, both of the methods are capable of improving the Company’s performance and its contribution to Indonesia’s development.

In 2015, TPSF continues to create innovations, from marketing strategy in all media to product innovation with emphasis on unique selling value. The Company focuses on the company development that covers improvement in production capacity, market share and distribution network. Changes in product policy based on high margin product, accompanied with widespread penetration on general trade, lead to the Company’s posession of limitless innovation that focuses on company development.

Based on the aforementioned factors, the theme “Boundless Innovation, Focused Improvement” is selected to ilustrate TPSF’s condition in 2015. A line of innovation focusing on company

Ini terkait dengan kondisi demografi Indonesia sebagai negara dengan populasi ke-4 terbesar dunia dengan pertumbuhan kelas menengah yang tinggi. Sebagai target pasar yang potensial, besarnya potensi industri ini turut membuka peluang bagi pengembangan bisnis dan masuknya investasi.

Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, sejalan dengan proses transformasi bisnis yang dicanangkan sejak 2009, TPSF telah berkembang pesat dengan kombinasi akuisisi dan pola pertumbuhan internal. Dengan komitmen untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dari waktu ke waktu, kedua teknik tersebut sejauh ini mampu meningkatkan kinerja Perseroan serta meningkatkan kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan Indonesia.

Pada 2015, TPSF terus melakukan inovasi baik dari strategi pemasaran di segala medium, sampai kepada inovasi produk yang menekankan pada unique selling value. Perseroan berfokus pada pengembangan perusahaan yang mencakup peningkatan kapasitas produksi, pangsa pasar dan jaringan distribusi. Perubahan kebijakan produk yang berfokus pada

high margin product disertai dengan penetrasi yang lebih meluas pada general trade, membuat Perseroan memiliki serangkaian inovasi yang tidak terbatas yang berfokus pada pengembangan perusahaan.

Atas dasar tersebut, tema “Boundless Innovation, Focused Improvement” diangkat guna menggambarkan kondisi TPSF selama 2015. Sederet inovasi yang berfokus pada

Milestones

Perseroan didirikan dengan nama PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera oleh 3 orang yaitu: Bapak Joko Mogoginta, Bapak Budhi Istanto dan Almarhum Bapak Priyo Hadisutanto. Produk utama adalah bihun kering dan mie kering. The Company was established with the name PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera by 3 founders, namely: Mr. Joko Mogoginta, Mr. Budhi Istanto and the late Mr. Priyo Hadisutanto. Its main products were dried vermicelli and dried noodles.

Seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan, pada 1995 Perseroan mendirikan pabrik di Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah yang memiliki 7 lini produksi dengan kapasitas 30.000 ton per tahun.

In line with rising demand, in 1995 the Company established a factory in Karanganyar, Central Java, with 7 production lines and the capacity of 30,000 tons per year.

Perseroan membangun pabrik makanan terpadu seluas 25 Ha di Sragen, Jawa Tengah untuk penyatuan seluruh fasilitas produksi Perseroan sekaligus persiapan untuk pertumbuhan usaha di masa mendatang.

Proses produksi dilakukan di pabrik baru yang berlokasi di Sragen, unit produksi mie instan pun berdiri sejak saat itu dengan pelaksanaan proses produksi dan pemasarannya dilakukan di awal 2002.

The Company established a 25-Ha integrated food factory in Sragen, Central Java, to unite all production facilities of the Company and to prepare for future business development.

Production process was conducted in new factories at Sragen. Instant noodle production unit was established during the time, of which production and marketing process was implemented at early 2002.

• Perseroan menerbitkan Obligasi TPS Food I Tahun 2013 senilai Rp600 miliar dan Sukuk Ijarah TPS Food I Tahun 2013 senilai Rp300 miliar.

• Pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan menjual 9,5% saham AISA kepada sebuah perusahaan investasi global termuka, KKR & Co.L.P. Atas transaksi penjualan itu, 1 orang perwakilan dari KKR masuk ke dalam jajaran Komisaris TPSF.

• Penyelesaian pembangunan pabrik pengolahan minyak sawit mentah (crude palm oil/CPO) berkapasitas 30 ton tandan buah segar (TBS) per jam.

• Pengembangan fasilitas produksi pada kategori Makanan Dasar yakni mie kering dengan peningkatan kapasitas produksi sampai dengan 1.000 ton per bulan.

• Perseroan melaksanakan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) dengan mengeluarkan saham baru dari simpanan (portepel) sebesar 292.600.000 (dua ratus sembilan puluh dua juta enam ratus ribu) saham dengan nilai nominal Rp200 per saham dan harga pelaksanaan PMTHMETD senilai Rp2.250 per saham.

• Peresmian pabrik beras PT Sukses Abadi Karya Inti di Jawa Tengah, berkapasitas produksi 240.000 ton per tahun.

• Perseroan mengakuisisi kepemilikan saham PT Golden Plantation (“GP”) yang bertujuan untuk menjadikan GP sebagai perusahaan sub-holding dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang tergabung dalam divisi kelapa sawit Perseroan menggantikan PT Bumiraya Investindo (“BRI”). GP tercatat sebagai perusahaan terbuka di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode perdagangan saham GOLL pada 23 Desember 2014.

• Perseroan melalui PT Golden Plantation mengakuisisi PT Persada Alam Hijau (“PAH”).

• Perseroan melalui PT Dunia Pangan mendirikan PT Tani Unggul Usaha (“TUU”) dan PT Swasembada Tani Selebes (“STS”).

• Perseroan melalui PT Golden Plantation Tbk mengakuisisi PT Bailangu Capital Investment (“BCI”).

• Anak Perusahaan di Divisi Makanan yaitu PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera menerima Sertifikat ISO 14001 : 2004 yang diterbitkan oleh Integrated Laboratory - IPB Environmental Management System Assurance (ILEA-IPB).

• Anak Perusahaan di Divisi Makanan yaitu PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera menerima Sertifikat OHSAS 18001: 2007 yang diterbitkan oleh URS (United Registrar of Systems) Certification.

• The Company through PT Golden Plantation Tbk acuired PT Bailangu Capital Investment (“BCI”).

• The Company’s Subsidiary in Food Division, PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera, acquired ISO 14001:2004 Certificate issued by Integrated Laboratory – IPB Environmental Managemet System Assurance (ILEA – IPB).

• The Company’s Subsidiary in Food Division, PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera, acquired OHSAS 18001:2007 Certificate issued by URS (United Registrar of Systems) Certification.

• The Company conducted Capital Increase Without Preemptive Rights

(PMTHMETD) by issuing new shares from portfolio of 292,600,000 (two hundred ninety two million six hundred thousand) shares with par value of Rp200 per share and PMTHMETD issuance price of Rp2,250 per share.

• The inauguration of PT Sukses Abadi Karya Inti rice factory in Central

Java. The factory has a production capacity of 240,000 tons per year.

• The Company acquired share ownership of PT Golden Plantantion

Para Pemangku Kepentingan yang Terhormat,

Dear Distinguished Stakeholders,

Industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam negeri. Pada 2015, berdasarkan data Kementerian Perindustrian dan Perdagangan, industri makanan dan minuman dalam negeri tumbuh sekitar 7,54% dan menempati posisi pertama industri yang mempengaruhi perolehan Product Domestic Bruto (PDB) industri pengolahan non-migas. Meski demikian, sepanjang 2015, industri makanan dan minuman mengalami berbagai tantangan. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi tantangan dalam industri ini antara lain ekspor yang lambat, ketergantungan industri ini pada komoditi impor tepung terigu, nilai tukar Rupiah yang lemah serta inflasi.

PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk hadir dalam industri makanan dengan kesadaran bahwa industri ini harus dihadapi dengan inovasi dan penciptaan produk yang berkualitas serta berdaya saing tinggi. Dalam upaya mengukuhkan keberadaan Perseroan, kami memposisikan diri untuk menjadi Perusahaan pengolahan pangan dengan teknologi modern. Diiringi dengan komitmen yang kuat dan inovasi yang dijalankan secara berkelanjutan, kontribusi Perseroan terhadap perolehan industri akan semakin meningkat.

Penilaian atas Kinerja Direksi

Sepanjang 2015, Perseroan mampu meraih pertumbuhan angka penjualan pada Divisi Makanan (TPS Food) dan Divisi Beras (TPS Rice) serta penambahan lahan pada Divisi Kelapa Sawit (TPS Palm Oil). Kami bersyukur bahwa Perseroan terus bertumbuh secara konsisten dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Menurut pandangan kami, Direksi telah menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat baik. Hal ini tercermin pada peningkatan kapasitas produksi, penjualan, pertumbuhan aset, ekspansi usaha dan perluasan jaringan dengan jumlah kota tujuan distribusi lokal mencapai 152 kota sampai akhir 2015.

Food and beverages industry in Indonesia plays a significant impact in domestic economic growth. In 2015, based on the data from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, domestic food and beverages industry grew by 7.54% and was placed at the first rank for industry that affected Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for non-oil and gas manufacturing industries. Nevertheless, the industry also faced a number of challenges. The factors that served as challenges in this industry were, among others, slow export, dependency on imported flour, depreciated Rupiah exchange value and inflation.

PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk presents itself in food industry with awareness that the industry must be engaged with innovations and creation of quality products with excellent competency. To further affirm the Company’s presence, we place ourselves to become the food producer that employs state-of-the-art technology. Aligned with strong commitment and continuous innovation, the Company’s contribution to industrial gains will advance.

Performance Assessment on Board of Directors

In 2015, the Company was capable to achieve sales growth for Food Division (TPS Food) and Rice Division (TPS Rice) and additional land for Palm Oil Division (TPS Palm Oil). We are grateful that the Company continues to display consistent growth within the last few years. We are of the opinion that Board of Directors has conducted its best performance. This is displayed in the increase of production capacity, sales, assets growth, business expansion and network expansion with a total of 152 cities for local distribution up to the end of 2015.

Perseroan mencatat pertumbuhan penjualan konsolidasi sebesar 16,94%. Pertumbuhan penjualan tertinggi terdapat pada TPS Rice yang mencatat kenaikan penjualan sebesar 20,65%. Dari segi posisi keuangan, Perseroan mencatat pertumbuhan aset sebesar 22,88% dari Rp7.373,87 miliar pada 2014 menjadi Rp9.060,98 miliar pada 2015. Direksi dan seluruh jajarannya telah bekerja keras memajukan Perseroan, mengembangkan mutu dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia serta melakukan perbaikan sistem secara berkelanjutan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.

Sepanjang 2015, TPS Food terus melakukan inovasi produk dan meluncurkan produk baru serta lebih fokus pada produk yang bermargin lebih tinggi. Pada 2015, TPS Rice menambah gudang beras pada anak perusahaan, yaitu penambahan gudang PT Indo Beras Unggul (“IBU”) dengan kapasitas penyimpanan sebanyak 10.000 ton yang telah selesai pada Agustus 2015; penambahan gudang PT Jatisari Srirejeki (“JSR”) dengan kapasitas penyimpanan sebanyak 15.000 ton yang telah selesai pada Oktober 2015; dan penambahan gudang PT Sukses Abadi Karya Inti (“SAKTI”) dengan kapasitas penyimpanan sebanyak 28.000 ton yang direncanakan akan selesai pada April 2016. Pada segmen usaha kelapa sawit, TPS Palm Oil terus mengembangkan strategi pengembangan secara organik dan an-organik. Pada 2015, Perseroan melalui anak perusahaan memiliki 9 (sembilan) perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan total lahan konsesi seluas 74.340 Ha di Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Riau, dan Sumatera, dimana seluas 24.452 Ha diantaranya adalah sudah tertanam. Arahan kami pada Direksi adalah tetap fokus pada pertumbuhan bisnis dan meningkatkan corporate image yang lebih baik di mata seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Kami juga mengarahkan agar Perseroan selalu berupaya memperkuat

positioning setiap produk dan melakukan diferensiasi melalui

strategy quality dan strategy value. Strategy quality adalah memberikan produk-produk dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dibanding produk kompetitor sehingga menghasilkan kepuasan dan loyalitas dari pelanggan.

Sepanjang 2015, TPS Food terus melakukan inovasi

produk dan meluncurkan produk baru serta lebih fokus

pada produk yang bermarjin lebih tinggi.

In 2015, TPS Food continued to innovate its products, launched new

products, and focused on products with higher margin.

The Company recorded consolidated net sales of 16.94%. The highest sales growth rate was achieved by TPS Rice, which recorded an increase in sales by 20.65%. In terms of financial position, the Company recorded assets growth of 22.88% from Rp7,373.87 billion in 2014 to Rp9,060.98 billion in 2015. Board of Directors and the staffs had exerted their efforts to develop the Company, improve human resources’ quality and competence and refine the system in continuous manner to achieve optimum results.

In 2015, TPS Food relentlessly innovated its products, launched new products and focused on products with higher margin. In 2015, TPS Rice added new rice warehouse at its subsidiaries, namely at PT Indo Beras Unggul (“IBU”) with storage capacity of 10,000 tons which had been completed on August 2015; at PT Jatisari Srirejeki (“JSR”) with storage capacity of 15,000 tons which had been completed on October 2015; and at PT Sukses Abadi Karya Inti (“SAKTI”) with storage capacity of 28,000 and was planned to be completed on April 2016. On palm oil segment, TPS Palm Oil continued to refine its development strategy through organic and inorganic manners. In 2015, The Company through its subsidaries had 9 (nine) oil palm plantations with total concession area of 74,340 Ha in South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, Riau and Sumatera, in which 24,452 Ha was planted area. We provided guidance for Board of Directors to remain focus on business growth and improved better corporate image as expected by the stakeholders. We also guided the Company to further improve the positioning of each product and conducted differentiation through strategy quality and strategy value. Strategy quality was conducted by offering products with higher quality than those offered by competitors to generate customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.

Kecelakaan kerja bukan hanya menimbulkan korban jiwa maupun kerugian material bagi pekerja dan Perusahaan tetapi dapat juga mengganggu proses produksi secara menyeluruh dan merusak lingkungan yang akhirnya berdampak kepada masyarakat luas. Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan upaya nyata untuk mencegah dan mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, di setiap aktivitas usaha, para pekerja dilengkapi dengan alat-alat pelindung diri yang sebelumnya telah diberikan penyuluhan dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya penggunaan peralatan pelindung diri. Sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi RI tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Bulan K3 Nasional, maka Perseroan menyelenggarakan kegiatan Kampanye K3. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Kampanye K3 2015 adalah sebagai berikut:

Melalui rangkaian kegiatan tersebut, Perseroan berharap mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku karyawan untuk melaksanakan praktik Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di semua bagian.

Standar Kualitas, Keamanan, Kesehatan, dan Kehalalan Produk

Perseroan sangat memperhatikan standar keamanan, kesehatan, dan kehalalan produk yang diterapkan dalam setiap proses produksi. Oleh karena itu, Perseroan senantiasa memenuhi berbagai persyaratan standardisasi produk yang dibutuhkan untuk kesehatan dan keselamatan konsumen. Pada Divisi Makanan, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk memproduksi pangan yang halal, aman dan dengan mutu yang berkualitas. Untuk itu, secara konsisten sistem manajemen

Work accidents result in not only fatalities and material loss for the employees and the Company, but also disrupt production process as a whole and damage the environment, which in turn affects the community as a whole. In consideration of such issues, visible efforts must be exerted for maximum prevention and reduction of the risks caused by work accidents and illness. Therefore, in each business activity, all employees are equipped with personal protective equipment and are given briefing and knowledge on the importance of personal protective equipment usage.

Pursuant to the Decision of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia on the Guidance of National K3 Month Implementation, the Company held K3 Campaign actvities. The activities held during the 2015 K3 Campaign were as follows:

Through the activities, the Company intends to arouse all employees’ awareness and behavior to perform Occupational Health and Safety in all sectors.

Standards for Product Quality, Safety, Health and Halal Measurement

The Company puts great emphasize on the standards for safety, health and halal measurement implemented in each production process. As such, the Company strives to fulfill the requirements for product standardization to ensure the health and safety of the consumers.

In Food Division, the Company commits in producing halal and safe foods with exceptional quality. In doing so, halal management, food safety and quality management systems

selalu mengacu pada Cara Produksi Makanan yang Baik (CPMB) atau Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) sesuai dengan ketentuan Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia (BPOM RI) guna menjamin keamanan pangan. Untuk memastikan produk hasil produksi Perseroan adalah produk halal yang telah melalui proses sertifikasi halal, produk makanan olahan TPS Food telah mempunyai Sertifikat Halal dari Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan, Obat-obatan dan Kosmetika – Majelis Ulama Indonesia (LPPOM-MUI). Perseroan juga mengembangkan Sistem Manajemen Halal atau dikenal dengan nama Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) yang bertujuan untuk menjamin konsistensi pelaksanaan produksi halal. Untuk penerapan SJH, Perseroan telah meraih Sertifikat SJH yang dikeluarkan oleh LPPOM-MUI dengan Level “A” atau “Sangat Baik”.

Perseroan sangat memahami bahwa sistem yang menjamin program keamanan pangan harus berjalan secara konsisten. Untuk itu, Perseroan memperketat pelaksanaan sistem jaminan keamanan pangan dengan menerapkan Sistem Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) serta mengembangkan dan mensertifikasi Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Pangan (SMKP/ FSMS) ISO 22000:2005. Sejak 2012, Perseroan telah mendapat Sertifikat HACCP dari Lembaga Sertifikasi IPB (LS IPB).

Pada Divisi Beras, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk memberikan kualitas produk terbaik kepada pelanggan melalui pengembangan sumber daya yang efisien, profesional dan inovatif. Implementasi dari komitmen tersebut salah satunya diwujudkan dalam semboyan 3P yaitu Tanpa Pengawet, Tanpa Pewangi dan Tanpa Pemutih.

Penggunaan pestisida di tingkat petani menjadi perhatian utama Perseroan dimana penggunaan pestisida tidak boleh melebihi ambang batas yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis residu pestisida di laboratorium eksternal). Hasil pengujian lembaga tersebut menyebutkan bahwa produk TPS Rice negatif atau residu bahan kimia yang terkandung dalam produk TPS Rice berada di bawah ambang batas yang ditetapkan.

Selain itu, secara rutin Perseroan menyelenggarakan Konvensi Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produksi yang mencakup baik peningkatan kualitas SDM maupun proses produksi.

To ensure that all of the products manufactured by the Company have been categorized as halal through halal certification process based on Islamic sharia, all of TPS Food’s processed food products have acquired Halal Certification from the Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Assessment Institution – Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM – MUI). The Company also develops Halal Management System, which is known as Halal Certification System (SJH), to maintain the consistency of halal-oriented production process. For SJH implementation, the Company received SJH Certification with Level “A” or “Excellent” grade from LPPOM-MUI.

The Company understands that the system that ensure the food safety program must be implemented in a consistent manner. Therefore, the Company strengthens the implementation of food safety guarantee system through Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) System and the development and certification of Food Safety Management System (SMKP/ FSMS) ISO 22000:2005. Since 2012, the Company has received HACCP Certificate from IPB Certification Body (LS IPB).

In Rice Division, the Company commits to provide the best product quality to the customers through efficient, professional and innovative resources development. The implementation of such commitment is realized, one of which, through 3P motto, namely Free of Preservatives (Pengawet), Fragrance (Pewangi) and Bleach (Pemutih).

Pesticide usage among farmers becomes the Company’s main focus, in which pesticide usage must not exceed the limit stipulated by the government. This action is conducted through analysis on pesticide residue in external laboratorium. Test results from the laboratorium states that TPS Rice products are categorized as negative, which means the chemical residue contained in TPS Rice products is below the stipulated limit.

In addition, the Company periodically holds Quality Control Convention (GKM). This activity is aimed to improve production quality, which covers the improvement of quality and production process.

Standar Nasional Indonesia

Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) merupakan standar yang berlaku secara nasional di Indonesia. Dasar hukum penerapan Standar Nasional Indonesia adalah Peraturan Pemerintah No. 102 Tahun 2000.

Label SNI biasanya akan ditemukan di produk-produk yang beredar di pasaran, seperti produk pangan, perangkat keselamatan, perangkat rumah tangga dan sebagainya. SNI dirumuskan dan ditetapkan oleh BSN (Badan Standardisasi Nasional) serta akan dikaji ulang secara periodik. Sesuai dengan UU Nomor 20 tahun 2014, BSN merupakan pelaksana tugas dan tanggung jawab pemerintah di bidang standardisasi dan penilaian kesesuaian. Di dalam tugasnya, BSN beserta para pemangku kepentingan bersama-sama melakukan pembinaan terhadap pelaku usaha dan masyarakat agar SNI dapat diterapkan secara luas.

Produk Perseroan yang telah mendapat label SNI diantaranya Superior, Ayam 2 Telor, Mikita, Putri Jagung, Growie rasa Cokelat Susu, Growie Duoz rasa Kelapa Susu dan Cokelat Keju, serta berbagai merek produk beras, seperti Ayam Jago Kuning, Ayam Jago Merah, Jatisari Setra Ramos, Istana Bangkok, Maknyuss, Desa Cianjur Setra Ramos, Rojolele Dumbo, Vitarice, Rumah Adat, dan sebagainya.

Pada November 2015, TPS dan IBU menerima penghargaan SNI Award 2015, Peringkat Emas, Kategori Organisasi Besar Barang Sektor Pangan dan Pertanian dari BSN. SNI Award merupakan penghargaan tertinggi dari pemerintah Republik Indonesia kepada perusahaan yang dinilai telah menerapkan Standar Nasional Indonesia secara konsisten dan berkinerja baik. Hal ini merupakan suatu kebanggaan bagi Perseroan karena mencerminkan komitmen Perseroan yang senantiasa menjaga mutu produk guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Indonesian National Standard

Indonesian National Standard (SNI) is a standard that applies on national scale in Indonesia. The legal basis of Indonesian National Standard implementation is Government Regulation No.102 of 2000.

SNI label is commonly found in products that are circulating in the market, such as food products, safety equipment, household equipment and others. SNI is drafted and stipulated by BSN (Indonesian Standardization Body) and will be reviewed periodically. Pursuant to Law Number 20 of 2014, BSN is the executive body of the government’s duties and responsibilities in standardization and assessment on compliance. In its duties, BSN and the stakeholders supervise business players and the public in order to disseminate SNI on larger scale.

The Company’s products which have received SNI labels are Superior, Ayam 2 Telor, Mikita, Putri Jagung, Growie Milk Chocolate flavor, Growi Duoz Milk Coconut and Chocolate Cheese flavors and a number of rice product brands, such as Ayam Jago Kuning, Ayam Jago Merah, Jatisari Setra Ramos, Instana Bangkok, Maknyuss, Desa Cianjur Setra Ramos, Rojolele Dumbo, Vitarice, Rumah Adat and others.

On November 2015, TPS and IBU received SNI Award 2015, Gold Rank, Large Goods Organization In Food and Agriculture Sector from BSN (National Standardization Agency). SNI Award is the highest award granted from the government of the Republic of Indonesia to a company which has consistenly implemented Indonesian National Standard and displays good performance. The award becomes the Company’s pride as it reflects the Company’s commitment in preserving product quality to increase consumers’ satisfaction.
