Pelaksanaan penjualan luar negeri dilakukan antara lain dengan mengacu pada Surat Keputusan Direksi Perum
Perhutani No. 891KptsDIR2005 tentang Pedoman Penjualan Hasil Industri dan Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu.
Ketentuan agen dan produk yang dapat diekspor meliputi:
a Agen diangkat, ditunjuk dan diberhentikan oleh Direksi
b Para agen yang telah diangkat oleh Perhutani wajib menandatangani perjanjian keagenan
agency agreement yang berlaku maksimum 2 tahun.
c Produk hasil industri kayu yang dapat dijual melalui penjualan ekspor adalah:
Barang jadi Finished Product; Teak Overlaid Plywoods;
Vineer Sayat; Kayu Gergajian;
d Produk hasil industri bukan kayu yang dapat dijual melalui penjualan ekspor adalah:
Gondorukem Terpentin
Seedlack Kopal
Primata Produk lain yang ditetapkan direksi.
Hal-hal penting yang berkaitan dengan penjualan kayu luar negeri meliputi:
1. Penjualan ekspor hasil industri non kayu dilaksanakan oleh General Manager dengan
berpedoman atau berdasarkan CoS Confirmation of Sales yang diterbitkan oleh Direksi.
2. Alokasi volume produk masing-masing agen dan non agen setiap triwulan ditetapkan oleh Direksi.
3. Untuk industri kayu, konfirmasi penjualan atau CoS Confirmation of Sales diterbitkan oleh
Direksi dan atau General Manager setelah mendapat persetujuan Direksi dengan dilampiri
analisa margin laba profit margin. 4. Harga jual ekspor diterbitkan Direksi dengan
kondisi F.O.B Free on Board atau kondisi harga yang disesuaikan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku
dalam perdagangan internasional. Implementation of overseas sales is done by

after approval by the Board of Directors with the attached analysis profit margin profit

4. Export price of Directors issued with the condition FOB Free on Board price or
conditions that are tailored to the applicable provisions in international trade.

Semua produk baik hasil hutan maupun hasil industri yang akan dipasarkan harus diukur dan diuji lebih
dahulu sesuai dengan peraturan pengujian dan pengukuran yang berlaku.

Perusahaan menyelenggarakan pengelolaan hutan mengacu pada Keputusan Direktur Jenderal
Pengusahaan Hutan No. PP.55Menhut-II2006 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Tata Usaha Hasil Hutan di Wilayah
Jawa. Beberapa hal penting dalam ketentuan tersebut yang berkaitan dengan tata usaha kayu adalah sebagai
berikut: 1. Kegiatan
penebangan dilakukan
setelah dikeluarkannya Surat Perintah Tebang oleh Kepala
Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan berdasarkan Rencana Teknik Tahunan RTT yang telah
disahkan oleh Kepala Unit Perum Perhutani. RTT merupakan penjabaran Rencana Pengaturan
Kelestarian Hutan dengan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di lapangan.
2. Kegiatan penebangan dimulai dengan penaksiran kayu yang akan ditebang yang dicatat dalam buku
taksasi dokumen model DK 316. Lokasi kayu yang akan ditebang disesuaikan dengan RTT.
Informasi yang dicatat meliputi volume rencana dan realisasi tebangan per nomor pohon.
3. Kayu yang ditebang dalam hutan dicatat dalam Daftar Penerimaan dokumen model DK
301DK302DK305, yang dibuat oleh mandor tebang. Informasi yang dicatat meliputi: volume
batang, nilai upah tebangan yang dibayarkan dan nama pekerja terkait penebangan dalam suatu
BKPH. 4. Pengangkutan kayu dari hutan ke Tempat
Penimbunan Kayu TPK menggunakan Daftar Pengangkutan dokumen model DK 304.
5. Dilakukan pengukuran dan penetapan kavling di TPK yang menghasilkan bukti Daftar Kavling
dokumen model DK 308, yang merupakan dokumen dasar penjualan.
