Berdasarkan Surat Persetujuan Menteri Negara BUMN No. S-513M-MBU2002 tanggal 31 Juli 2002 perihal
persetujuan pendirian Entitas anak di bidang wisata dan selanjutnya dikukuhkan dalam Akta Notaris Lenny
Yanis Ishak, SH No. 23 tanggal 28 Agustus 2002. Jumlah modal PT Palawi pada 31 Desember 2008
adalah Rp 12.500.000.000. Pada tahun 2009, Perusahaan menambah penyertaan sebesar Rp
6.513.500.000 sehingga modal disetor ke PT Palawi meningkat menjadi Rp 19.013.500.000. Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar sehubungan dengan peningkatan modal ini masih dalam proses. Pada tahun 2011
Yayasan Jati Sejahtera menambah penyertaan sebesar Rp75.000.000 sehingga modal disetor ke PT Palawi
meningkat menjadi Rp 19.088.500.000.
PT Perhutani Alam Wisata PT Palawi
Based on the Approval of the Minister of State Owned Enterprises No. S-513M-MBU2002 dated
July 31, 2002 regarding the approval of the establishment of the Company’s subsidiaries in the
field of tourism which is confirmed in Notary Deed Lenny Yanis Ishak, SH. No. 23 dated August 28,
2002. Total capital PT Palawi on December 31, 2008 was Rp 12,500,000,000. In 2009, the
Company increased its capital amounting to Rp 6,513,500,000 thus paid to PT Palawi increased to
Rp 19,013,500,000. Amendment of Articles of Association in connection with the capital increase
is still in progress. In 2011 Teak Welfare Foundation increased its paid-up capital amounted
to Rp75,000,000 that PT Palawi increased to Rp 19,088,500,000.
