Informasi segmen Perusahaan dan Anak perusahaan disajikan berdasarkan bisnis
segmen, yang digunakan oleh manajemen untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan menentukan
alokasi sumber daya berdasarkan informasi segmen dari minyak kelapa sawit, inti sawit
dan produk lainnya, dan segmen geografis menurut
lokasi aset
utama tanaman
perkebunan. Informasi segmen ini menjadi pertimbangan manajemen untuk mengetahui
efek yang signifikan terhadap tingkat risiko dan pengembalian Grup.

segments, since the financial information used by the management in evaluating the
performance and determining the allocation of resources

segment information relating to crude palm oil, palm
kernel and
other by-products,
and geographical segment information on the
basis of location of major assets plantations. These
segments are
considered by
management to have significant effects on the Group‟s risks and rates of return.

Laba bersih per saham dasar dihitung dengan membagi laba bersih dengan jumlah rata-rata
tertimbang saham yang beredar selama tahun yang bersangkutan. Rata-rata tertimbang
saham yang beredar pada tahun 2011 dan 2010 adalah sebesar 1.890.000.000 saham.
Perusahaan
tidak memiliki
efek yang
berpotensi dilusi atas laba per saham, sehingga tidak terdapat laba bersih per saham
dilusian. Basic net earnings per share is computed by
dividing net profit by the weighted-average with the number of shares outstanding during
the year. Weighted average number of outstanding shares in 2011 and 2010 are
1,890,000,000 shares. The Company does not have securities with potential dilutive
effects. Therefore, fully diluted earnings per share is not computed.
