NOTES TO CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DECEMBER 31, 2011 AND 2010 AND FOR THE YEARS THEN ENDED Continued - 59 -  Tanah Hak Milik seluas 2.168 m 2 terletak di Jalan Pedurenan Mesjid III No. 9, RT. 003, RW. 04, Kelurahan Karet Kuningan, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Propinsi DKI Jakarta yang sebelumnya terdaftar atas nama Yayasan Darul Uluum Al-Islamiyah dengan kesepakatan berdasarkan Akta Kesepakatan Tukar Menukar terakhir No. 12 tanggal 23 Juni 2011 dari Muhammad Hanafi, S.H., notaris di Jakarta, yang telah mendapatkan persetujuan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia dengan surat keputusan No. 5 Tahun 2011 tanggal 17 Januari 2011. Berdasarkan SHGB No. 642 tanggal 15 Nopember 2011 tanah tersebut telah dibalik nama atas nama ASA.  Land with Right to Own Certificate measuring 2,168 m 2 , located at Jl. Pedurenan Mesjid III No. 9, RT. 003, RW. 04, Kelurahan Karet Kuningan, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Propinsi DKI Jakarta which had been on behalf of Yayasan Darul Uluum Al-Islamiyah with agreement based on Exchange Agreement Deed No. 12 dated June 23, 2011 of Muhammad Hanafi, S.H., notary in Jakarta was approved by the Minister of Religious Affair of the Republic Indonesia with decree No. 5 year 2011 dated January 17, 2011. Based on SHGB No. 642 dated November 15, 2011, Land has been reversed to the name of ASA .  Fidusia piutang atas sewa pusat perbelanjaan.  Jaminan pribadi personal guarantee Trihatma Kusuma Haliman Catatan 38.  Fiduciary security over the accounts receivable from the shopping center.  Personal guarantee from Trihatma Kusuma Haliman Note 38. BSP Pada bulan April 2010, BSP memperoleh fasilitas kredit pinjaman jangka panjang dari Bank Panin dengan jumlah maksimum sebesar Rp 300.000.000 ribu yang digunakan untuk pelunasan utang kepada pemegang saham dan pembiayaan proyek Mal Festival CityLink. Jangka waktu pinjaman 84 bulan sampai dengan bulan Pebruari 2017 termasuk 24 bulan masa tenggang grace period dimana setelah masa tenggang harus dikembalikan dengan cicilan bulanan dan tingkat bunga pada tanggal 31 Desember 2011 sebesar 11 per tahun floating. BSP In April 2010, BSP obtained a long-term working capital credit facility from Bank Panin with a maximum credit limit of Rp 300,000,000 thousand, which is used for the settlement of the loan from shareholders and for the financing of Festival CityLink Mall. The loan has a term of 84 months until February 2017, including 24 months grace period, payable on a monthly basis and bears 11 floating interest rate per annum as of December 31, 2011. Fasilitas pinjaman ini dijamin dengan:  Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan APHT atas tanah dan bangunan untuk proyek Festival CityLink termasuk mal, hotel dan ballroomconvention, milik BSP dengan SHGB seluas 30.173 m 2 senilai Rp 426.000.000 ribu.  Fidusia piutang atas sewa mal, Hotel Haris dan Hotel Pop.  Fidusia mesin dan peralatan proyek Festival Citylink. Jaminan Perusahaan corporate guarantee dari para pemegang saham BSP. Pada bulan Desember 2011, seluruh jaminan Perusahaan ini telah diberhentikandibatalkan. The credit facility is secured by:  The Provision of Mortgage Deed APHT on land and building for Festival CityLink project including mall, hotel and ballroomconvention, under the name of BSP, with HGB measuring 30,173 m 2 amounting to Rp 426,000,000 thousand.  Fiduciary securities over the accounts receivable from mall, Haris Hotel and Pop Hotel.  Fiduciary securities over the machine and of Festival Citylink project equipment. Corporate guarantee from BSP’s shareholders. In December 2011, all corporate guarantees has been terminatedcancelled.
