Tanjung Duren Selatan, Jakarta Barat. Land not yet developed which are owned by the Company, measuring 32,064 m 2 and 31,073 m 2 with value Rp 281,293,438 thousand and Rp 194,186,574 thousand as of December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively, are located at Jl. Tanjung Duren Selatan, Jakarta Barat. Tanah belum dikembangkan milik PAP seluas 907.357 m 2 yang diperoleh melalui proses lelang maupun pembebasan tanah. Land not yet developed which are owned by PAP, measuring 907,357 m 2 were obtained through the auction process and land acquisition. Perolehan tanah melalui lelang sesuai dengan Risalah Lelang No. 3382007 tanggal 27 Desember 2007 dari Mujiran, S.E., pejabat lelang di Bogor, seluas 560.328 m 2 , dengan bukti kepemilikan sebagai berikut:  Hak Guna Bangunan HGB seluas 128.743 m 2 atas nama PT Dutaraya Kawijaya  Hak Milik Adat seluas 431.585 m 2 sesuai dengan Surat Pelepasan Hak SPPH dan pengikatan Akta Kuasa Menjual No. 3 tanggal 10 September 1999 antara PT Dutaraya Kawijaya dengan Bank Negara Indonesia. Acquisition of land by auction in accordance with Minutes of Auction No. 3382007 dated December 27, 2007 from Mujiran, S.E., auction official in Bogor measuring of 560,328 m 2 , with proof of ownership as follows:  Building Use Right HGB with an area of 128,743 m 2 in the name of PT Dutaraya Kawijaya  Customary Rights of Ownership covering 431,585 m 2 in accordance with the waiver letter SPPH and Binding Deed of Sell No 3 dated September 10, 1999 between PT Dutaraya Kawijaya with Bank Negara Indonesia Pembebasan tanah seluas 347.029 m 2 , dengan bukti kepemilikan sebagai berikut :  Hak Milik Adat seluas lebih kurang 14.764 m 2 , yang dibeli oleh Perusahaan sesuai dengan Akta Pengikatan Jual Beli No. 3 tanggal 11 Januari 2008 dari Lieyono, S.H., notaris di Jakarta.  Hak Milik Adat seluas lebih kurang 289.425 m 2 sesuai dengan Surat Pelepasan Hak SPPH.  Hak Milik seluas 42.840 m 2 , sesuai Akta Pelepasan Hak dan Kepentingan Atas Tanah No. 07 tanggal 22 Juli 2010 dari Ny. Yatni Sudiyatni, SH., notaris di Jakarta Settlement of land area of 347,029 m 2 , with proof of ownership as follows:  Customary Rights of Ownership for approximately 14,764 m 2 , bought by the firm in accordance with binding sale and purchase deed No. 3 dated January 11, 2008 from Lieyono, S.H, notary in Jakarta.  Customary Rights of Ownership for approximately 289,425 m 2 in accordance with waiver letter.  Customary Rights of Ownership covering 42,840 m 2 , in accordance with Deed of Release of Rights and Interest of Land No. 07 dated July 22, 2010 from Mrs. Yatni Sudiyatni, SH., notary in Jakarta. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010, HGB seluas 254.696 m2 telah dibalik namakan menjadi atas nama PAP. As of December 31, 2010, HGB with an area 254,696 m 2 has been reversed to the name of PAP. Keseluruhan tanah tersebut terletak di Desa Bendungan, Kecamatan Ciawi, Bogor, Jawa Barat dan Desa Sukamahi, Kecamatan Mega Mendung, Bogor, Jawa Barat. The overall lands are located in Desa Bendungan, Kecamatan Ciawi, Bogor, Jawa Barat and Desa Sukamahi, Kecamatan Mega Mendung, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Akumulasi biaya pinjaman yang dikapitalisasi ke tanah yang belum dikembangkan sampai dengan 31 Desember 2011 dan 2010 masing-masing adalah sebesar Rp 8.192.603 ribu dan Rp 1.530.556 ribu. Accumulated borrowing costs capitalized to land not yet developed amounted to Rp 8,192,603 thousand and Rp 1,530,556 thousand, as of December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
