Data-data penting yang digunakan dalam buku ini adalah sebagai berikut: • Cadangan terbukti minyak bumi sebesar 3,74 miliar barel berdasarkan data Kementerian ESDM tahun 2012. • Cadangan terbukti gas bumi sebesar 103,35 TCF berdasarkan data KementerianESDM tahun 2012. • Cadangan batubara sebesar 28,9 miliar ton berdasarkan data dari Kementerian ESDM tahun 2012 • Sumberdaya CBM Coal Bed Methane sebesar 453 TCF berdasarkan data dari Ditjen Migas, Kementerian ESDM dan dari IATMI. • Harga minyak mentah berdasarkan data tahun 2013 sebesar 105 barel untuk harga saat ini current price: dan diasumsikan naik secara linier menjadi 126 barel pada tahun 2035. • Pengembangan CBM berdasarkan data dari IATMI Ikatan Ahli Teknik Perminyakan Indonesia yang dipresentasikan dalam The 5th International Indonesia CBM 2014 . • Teknologi coal to liquid CTL yang dipertimbangkan: proses indirect coal liquefaction dengan kapasitas produksi 50 ribu barelhari. • Penambangan kilang minyak baru berdasarkan Peta Infrastruktur Kilang dari Direktorat Jenderal Migas, Kementerian ESDM tahun 2012 yang terdiri atas kilang minyak Plaju II, Balongan II, dan Tuban yang masing-masing dengan kapasitas 300 ribu barelhari. • Pembangkit listrik super-critical boiler untuk PLTU batubara 1000 MW di wilayah Jawa dimanfaatkan mulai tahun 2018. • LNG receiving terminal dipertimbangkan. • Biaya produksi pembangkit listrik hanya didasarkan pada keekonomiannya. • Konservasi energi di sisi kebutuhan maupun di sisi penyediaan sudah dipertimbangkan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi yang eisien.

Key data used in this book are as follows: • The proven reserves of oil in 2012 is amounted to 3.74 billion barrels based on data from MEMR. • The proven reserves of natural gas in 2012 is amounted to 103.35 trillion cubic feet based on data from MEMR. • Coal reserves in 2012 is amounted to 28.9 billion tonnes based on data from MEMR. • Resources of CBM Coal Bed Methane amount to 453 TCF based on data from Directorate General of Oil and Gas, MEMR and from IATMI. • Crude oil price is based on 2010 data with 105 barrel current price and it assumed to be rising linearly to 126 barrel in 2035. • Development of CBM is based on data from IATMI Association of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers presented at the 5th International Indonesia CBM 2014. • Technology for coal to liquid CTL that is considered includes indirect coal liquefaction process with production capacity of 50 thousand barrelsday. • Addition of new oil reineries follows the Reinery Infrastructure Map 2012 by Directorate General of Oil and Gas, MEMR in which consisted of Plaju II reinery, Balongan II reinery, and Tuban reinery each with a capacity of 300 thousand barrelsday. • Super-critical boiler power plant for 1000 MW coal power plant is to be utilized starting 2018. • LNG receiving terminal is considered to be operated in the near future. • The cost of power production is based solely on its economics. • Conservation of energy on demand and supply side has been considered through the use of eicient technologies. 5 2014 INDONESIA ENERGY OUTLOOK • Sumber daya dan cadangan panas bumi sudah diperhitungkan per wilayah dengan total sebesar 29 GW berdasarkan data Kementerian ESDM tahun 2012. • Potensi tenaga air sudah diperhitungkan per wilayah dengan total sebesar 26,3 GW berdasarkan master plan study for hydro power development in Indonesia dari Nippon Koei tahun 2011. • Pengembangan kelistrikan nasional berdasarkan Statistik Ketenagalistrikan 2013 dan Statistik EBTKE 2013 dari Kementerian ESDM serta RUPTL 2013- 2022dari PT. PLN Persero. • Kebijakan batubara berdasarkan kebijakan untuk membangun ketahanan dan kemandirian energi dari Ditjen Minerba, Kementerian ESDM tahun 2012. • Kapasitas dan produksi kilang minyak Dumai-SP, Musi, Cilacap, Balongan, Balikpapan dan Kasim diperoleh dari hasil kunjungan ke Pertamina bulan April 2012. • Resources and reserves of geothermal in 2012 has been calculated for each area with a total of 29 GW based on data from MEMR. • Potential hydropower has been calculated for each area with a total of 26.3 GW based on the master plan study for hydro power development in Indonesia from Nippon Koei in 2011. • Development of the national electricity is based on the Electricity Statistics 2013 and New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Statistics 2013 from MEMR and also RUPTL 2013-2022 from PT. PLN Persero. • Policy of coal is based on the energy security and energy independence policy of Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, MEMR in 2012. • Reinery capacity and production of Dumai-SP, Musi, Cilacap, Balongan, Balikpapan and Kasim each is obtained from site visit to Pertamina in April 2012.
