19. PROVISION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AND RECLAMATION COSTS
Provisi untuk pengelolaan dan reklamasi lingkungan hidup terkait bagian jumlah yang masih harus dibayar
atas estimasi biaya pengelolaan lingkungan dan penutupan tambang yang akan terjadi pada akhir umur
tambang. The provision for environmental and reclamation
costs relates to the accrued portion of the environmental and estimated closure costs to be
incurred at the end of a mine’s life.
Provisi ini dihitung secara akrual dengan menggunakan metode unit yang diproduksi dengan
mempertimbangkan estimasi jumlah biaya penutupan tambang dan sisa cadangan yang masih ada di suatu
area pertambangan. The provision is accrued using the unit-of-production
method by considering estimated total closure costs and the remaining reserves of the mining area.
Estimasi untuk biaya ini dihitung secara internal oleh manajemen. Manajemen berkeyakinan bahwa
akumulasi penyisihan yang dibentuk telah cukup untuk menyelesaikan semua liabilitas yang timbul dari
kegiatan penutupan tambang sampai dengan tanggal laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian.
The current estimated costs were internally calculated by management. Management believes
that the accumulated provision is sufficient to cover all liabilities arising from these mine closure activities
up to the consolidated statements of financial position date.
