PERUMKA. Pada
saat berakhirnya perjanjian kerjasama, BTLA
danatau pihak ketiga diwajibkan untuk mengembalikan tanah dan kepemilikan
bangunan beserta fasilitasnya dalam kondisi layak pakai kepada PERUMKA.
Jika pada saat penyerahan kembali, pihak
ketiga tidak
menyerahkan bangunan beserta fasilitasnya dalam
kondisi layak pakai, BTLA wajib
membayar biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh PERUMKA
untuk memperbaiki
bangunan tersebut menjadi kondisi layak pakai.
BTLA and PERUMKA. At the end of the cooperation agreement, BTLA
andor third party shall hand-over the land to PERUMKA, together with the
buildings and facilities which should be in good condition at the time of the
hand over. In the event such third party fails to restore the buildings and
facilities in good working condition at the time of the hand over to
PERUMKA, BTLA is liable to pay restoration cost to PERUMKA.

PT Adikarya Gemilang, anak perusahaan, menandatangani
“The Engineering,
Procurement and
Consulting Supply
Contract ’ dengan Sutect Engineering Co.
Ltd., Thailand, untuk pengadaan peralatan pabrik penyulingan gula dengan kapasitas
600 ton gula halus per hari senilai US 11.200 ribu. Pengiriman seluruh
peralatan tersebut akan diselesaikan dalam waktu 12 bulan dari tanggal efektif kontrak.
On December 19, 2011, PT Adikarya Gemilang, a subsidiary, signed The
Engineering, Procurement and Consulting Supply Contract with Sutect Engineering
Co. Ltd., Thailand, for the supply of equipment for sugar refinery plant with a
capacity of 600 tons of refined sugar per day valued at US 11,200 thousand.
Delivery of all equipment will be completed within 12 months from the effective date of
the contract.

the Buyer and Standby Letter of Credit SBLC Facilities from Mandiri and BRI
Sejak tahun 2004, Perusahaan telah menandatangani Kontrak Pembelian dengan
Pembeli, dimana Pembeli akan membeli minyak sawit CPO dan produk turunannya
dari Perusahaan. Kontrak tersebut telah diperpanjang beberapa kali dengan rincian
sebagai berikut: Since 2004, the Company and the Buyer
has entered into a Purchase Contract wherein the Buyer agreed to purchase the
Company’s CPO. The contract has been extended several times with details as

Sehubungan dengan transaksi tersebut, Mandiri dan BRI telah menyetujui untuk
memberikan fasilitas
SBLC kepada
Perusahaan dengan jumlah maksimum masing-masing sebesar US 20.000 ribu
sebagai jaminan pembayaran dimuka dari Pembeli Catatan 40.e dan 40.f.
In relation
to the
aforementioned transactions, Mandiri and BRI have agreed
to grant SBLC facility to the Company in the amount not exceeding US 20,000
thousand each,
to secure
advance payment from the Buyer Notes 40.e and
40.f.

Perusahaan memperoleh fasilitas kredit non- tunai dari Mandiri sebagai berikut:

1. Mandiri telah menerbitkan bank garansi berupa
jaminan penawaran
untuk Perusahaan. Atas penerbitan bank
garansi tersebut, Perusahaan telah menempatkan jaminan tunai sebesar
100 Catatan 9 dari nilai bank garansi yang diterbitkan.
1. Mandiri has issued bank guarantees –
bid bonds on behalf of the Company. The Company has placed 100 cash
deposits on the said bank guarantee issued Note 9. .
2. Fasilitas SBLC
dengan jumlah
maksimum sebesar US 40.000 ribu sehubungan dengan Kontrak Pembelian
dengan Pembeli dari Luar Negeri Pembeli Catatan 40.d. SBLC ini
digunakan
sebagai jaminan
pembayaran dimuka dari Pembeli 2. SBLC Facility in amount not exceeding
